I'm so glad I started my Xi'an trip here. It really hit all the right spots, to the point where I seriously considered extending my stay for another day… but in the end, I decided to experience other hotels as well. [Location] It's right by Yongning Gate, next to the city wall, perfectly avoiding the city's traffic jams, which is super convenient for those who rely on taxis for getting around. There's also a subway station nearby. Plus, there are tons of delivery options and amazing places to eat, from breakfast to dinner, snacks, bubble tea, BBQ, and late-night eats – you could literally spend all day just eating! It's also a pleasant walk to the Bell Tower. [View] Pull back the curtains and there's the city wall. Whether it's the grandeur of the day or the dazzling lights at night, I could never get enough of it. [Service] The service was absolutely fantastic! It's been a long time since I've experienced such heartwarming service. Every staff member was so enthusiastic and friendly, from the front desk ladies to the aunties in the restaurant. Everyone served with a smile and went out of their way to provide help within their means. [Environment] (1) The decor, design, and murals really resonated with everyone; there are so many photo opportunities within the hotel itself. (2) Even if you don't have a city wall view room, the outdoor bar offers a spectacular view of the city wall. Sitting there watching the sunset, scrolling on your phone, and enjoying afternoon tea – it's incredibly cozy. (3) The small table in the triple room was perfect for ordering takeout with friends, happily eating and chatting, with Xi'an's city wall right outside the window. After a full meal, you can just lean back and feel completely content without even stepping out. However, if you're a workaholic and need to work overtime, the restaurant might be a more convenient spot. (4) The beds, pillows, and bath products were all very well-received. [Facilities] The pillows, bedding, and toiletries were all highly praised. [Activities] They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, a rubbings activity, free Hanfu rental, and there are many foreign guests as well. [Heads-up] For city wall view rooms facing the road, because they primarily feature glass curtain walls and windows, you might hear the sound of motorcycles with loud exhausts. However, since it's not continuous, it didn't affect our sleep. But it could be a concern for those who are sensitive to noise or are very light sleepers. BUT! The front desk thoughtfully provides earplugs! [Other] When I checked in, it felt like there weren't many guests. Perhaps it's because the price is relatively higher? Or maybe there are too many hotels in the vicinity, leading to intense competition and diverting some guests. However, with the amazing view + cultural experience + airport transfer + excellent service + great location + wonderful ambiance, I feel like it's hard to beat.

This hotel is conveniently located near Bell Tower Metro Station, with easy access to transportation. Downstairs, there are several eateries like Shaanxi Yida Mian, Wei Jia Liang Pi, and Chengdu Sichuan Cuisine. It's also close to Luomashi, where the night market is very lively. We originally booked a twin room, but upon arrival, the lovely front desk staff kindly upgraded us to a family room free of charge. The room was spacious and very clean, with complete facilities. They even provided cute yellow duck slippers and a children's toothbrush for the little one. During our two-day stay, the cleaning staff promptly tidied our room and proactively replaced slippers and toothbrushes, which was very thoughtful and attentive.

A delightful surprise during my trip to Xi'an, absolutely loved my stay! I chose this hotel for my visit to Xi'an, and it exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to all the attractions. The room decor is stylish, clean, and cozy. The bed was incredibly comfortable – I slept soundly all night. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, even giving me great tips for exploring the city. The cleanliness was impeccable, which made my stay feel both safe and pleasant. My connection with Sheraton began years ago at the Sheraton Dameisha in Shenzhen. This trip was a quick one, so I only stayed a night at the Sheraton Xi'an Hotel, Bell Tower, but I was extremely satisfied. I was initially worried that the hotel's central location would be noisy, but upon checking in, I found the room to be surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area, offering both convenience and comfort. Furthermore, the staff left a deep impression on me: Jennifer proactively reached out to confirm my needs, Yukiki was flexible, enthusiastic, and thoughtful, and Hellen was meticulous and attentive. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends, and it will be my first choice when I visit Xi'an again.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The front desk lady was incredibly gentle and efficient during check-in, and her attitude was warm and patient. From guiding us in, helping with luggage, and getting us settled in the room, the whole process was so thoughtful. Knowing we were planning to hike Mount Hua, she even meticulously explained the best routes and precautions. The housekeeping auntie kept our room spotless and was quick to respond to our requests. Overall, the service was excellent, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose this place again when we come back to Mount Hua! ✨

We were a bit unsure at the beginning because the price was quite good, and the hotel seemed quite new, so we didn’t really know what to expect or if it would look the same as in the pictures. Sometimes places upload edited or outdated photos. But in this case, everything was exactly as shown, even better in person. The whole place felt really cute and cozy, and the lobby smelled incredibly good, which made a great first impression. The lobby itself was beautiful, very clean, and had a minimal, modern style that we really liked. The room was also great. Everything was super clean and well taken care of, and we especially loved the small tea area, which was a really nice touch. It made the room feel more special and cozy. The service was very good. The staff didn’t speak fluent English, but using translation tools we were able to communicate easily, and they were always trying to help us as much as possible, which we really appreciated. The amenities were nice overall. The gym is not very big and mostly has cardio equipment, so don’t expect heavy weights, but it’s enough for a quick cardio workout. They also have a laundry room that you can use yourself, and they provide everything you need, which is very convenient. The location is very convenient. It’s right next to the city wall, so you can walk there easily. It took around 40–50 minutes by taxi from the airport, and about 40 minutes to get to the Terracotta Warriors, so everything is quite well connected. As a final detail, when we checked out, they gave us a small gift bag with snacks and some skincare products, which was a really thoughtful touch. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We booked the hotel for just one night, but were absolutely delighted! Everything was at the highest level: very beautiful, cozy, and clean. The view from the room was simply stunning—it was a real pleasure to wake up to such a panorama. We would especially like to express our sincere gratitude to the manager, Aliya. She explained everything in detail, showed us around, and was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Thanks to her, our stay became even more comfortable. My husband was truly pleased to receive such a thoughtful gesture—the celebratory cake and breakfast with a breathtaking view made the day truly special. We would be happy to return again and will definitely recommend your hotel!

Facilities: This B&B is a real gem, and it's popular with foreign guests 🌙. Cleanliness: Super clean! Every nook and cranny was spotless 😊. Ambiance: I absolutely loved the vibe, my only minor gripe is that the room was a bit on the small side 🤫. Service: The service was fantastic across the board—from the front desk staff to the cleaning crew and even the gentleman serving breakfast, everyone was great 👍. Location: The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and the city square 🤩. The hotel also offered complimentary coffee ☕️ and wine 🍷. Even though I couldn't enjoy them because I was with my child 🥹, I really appreciated the overall atmosphere. In a city as historic as Xi'an, there are so many hotels, but it's nice to experience a B&B for a different kind of stay 😊👍.

Love love love this hotel!!! I stayed with my friend in a 2 bed 2 bath room for 8 nights and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and the beds super super super comfy ( I could sleep it in all day but my itinerary was super full). The photos online are quite true to the actual room. They had extremely good service too, starting from the airport pickup, where they were on time and the car was spacious and luxurious! We did the 5 seater sedan at RMB100, the price is comparable to a didi premium but the difference is that they would track your flight and made sure to you were taken care of. The hotel even had Butler service and was very attentive, I could even get them to help store my friend's birthday cake sent from the local cake shop and send it up to us when we were back. The laundry service was handy for a long stay, it was easy to use (and we were on the same floor so it felt like home to just go to and from our room to the laundry room). They even had special prices for popular shows, easily saving more than 50% of the listed price. Thanks for being a home away from home! PS the cats on the 2nd floor is super cute!
