I'm so glad I started my Xi'an trip here. It really hit all the right spots, to the point where I seriously considered extending my stay for another day… but in the end, I decided to experience other hotels as well. [Location] It's right by Yongning Gate, next to the city wall, perfectly avoiding the city's traffic jams, which is super convenient for those who rely on taxis for getting around. There's also a subway station nearby. Plus, there are tons of delivery options and amazing places to eat, from breakfast to dinner, snacks, bubble tea, BBQ, and late-night eats – you could literally spend all day just eating! It's also a pleasant walk to the Bell Tower. [View] Pull back the curtains and there's the city wall. Whether it's the grandeur of the day or the dazzling lights at night, I could never get enough of it. [Service] The service was absolutely fantastic! It's been a long time since I've experienced such heartwarming service. Every staff member was so enthusiastic and friendly, from the front desk ladies to the aunties in the restaurant. Everyone served with a smile and went out of their way to provide help within their means. [Environment] (1) The decor, design, and murals really resonated with everyone; there are so many photo opportunities within the hotel itself. (2) Even if you don't have a city wall view room, the outdoor bar offers a spectacular view of the city wall. Sitting there watching the sunset, scrolling on your phone, and enjoying afternoon tea – it's incredibly cozy. (3) The small table in the triple room was perfect for ordering takeout with friends, happily eating and chatting, with Xi'an's city wall right outside the window. After a full meal, you can just lean back and feel completely content without even stepping out. However, if you're a workaholic and need to work overtime, the restaurant might be a more convenient spot. (4) The beds, pillows, and bath products were all very well-received. [Facilities] The pillows, bedding, and toiletries were all highly praised. [Activities] They offer airport pick-up and drop-off, a rubbings activity, free Hanfu rental, and there are many foreign guests as well. [Heads-up] For city wall view rooms facing the road, because they primarily feature glass curtain walls and windows, you might hear the sound of motorcycles with loud exhausts. However, since it's not continuous, it didn't affect our sleep. But it could be a concern for those who are sensitive to noise or are very light sleepers. BUT! The front desk thoughtfully provides earplugs! [Other] When I checked in, it felt like there weren't many guests. Perhaps it's because the price is relatively higher? Or maybe there are too many hotels in the vicinity, leading to intense competition and diverting some guests. However, with the amazing view + cultural experience + airport transfer + excellent service + great location + wonderful ambiance, I feel like it's hard to beat.

This hotel is conveniently located near Bell Tower Metro Station, with easy access to transportation. Downstairs, there are several eateries like Shaanxi Yida Mian, Wei Jia Liang Pi, and Chengdu Sichuan Cuisine. It's also close to Luomashi, where the night market is very lively. We originally booked a twin room, but upon arrival, the lovely front desk staff kindly upgraded us to a family room free of charge. The room was spacious and very clean, with complete facilities. They even provided cute yellow duck slippers and a children's toothbrush for the little one. During our two-day stay, the cleaning staff promptly tidied our room and proactively replaced slippers and toothbrushes, which was very thoughtful and attentive.

My overall stay was fantastic! The toiletries were comprehensive. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and polite, making check-in a breeze. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. It offers great value for money and is highly recommended. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Bell and Drum Towers and the Muslim Quarter. It's just 4 subway stops to the Shaanxi History Museum, and there are buses nearby that go to the Terracotta Warriors, making transportation very convenient. Subway Line 6 is right outside, and Line 2 is only a 5-minute walk away. The hotel rooms are spacious and very clean, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The staff are warm and attentive, and overall, it's great value for money.

The location is great, right in the city center, making it easy to get around. It's diagonally across from the Bell Tower, so you can easily head to the night market in the evenings. The hotel environment is quite good, the room has excellent natural light, and the service attitude is nice. Overall, it's pretty good and worth recommending.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The front desk lady was incredibly gentle and efficient during check-in, and her attitude was warm and patient. From guiding us in, helping with luggage, and getting us settled in the room, the whole process was so thoughtful. Knowing we were planning to hike Mount Hua, she even meticulously explained the best routes and precautions. The housekeeping auntie kept our room spotless and was quick to respond to our requests. Overall, the service was excellent, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose this place again when we come back to Mount Hua! ✨

My stay was great! They offer all the services you'd expect, including a free laundry room with a dryer. Any issues I brought up with the front desk were quickly resolved. The hotel is clean, tidy, and has its own unique design. The price is also very reasonable, and it's close to the subway station, about a five or six-minute walk. Excellent value for money, I highly recommend it!

I came here for Phoenix Legend's concert. Monica from guest relations called me in advance to help arrange my room. She answered all my questions and paid great attention to every detail. The room had a fantastic 180-degree panoramic window view, and the layout was quite good. The bathtub was perfectly angled for watching TV, and the TV's sound could be adjusted from the speaker above the tub. In the afternoon, I ordered some takeout and wanted to throw out the trash myself. When I was leaving, I happened to run into the housekeeping staff, and she took the trash bag directly from me. When I returned, I found my room had been tidied up again, and turndown service was provided. It was very thoughtful. There's a dedicated elevator to the guest rooms, and you need to swipe your card to access your floor, which made me feel very secure. The hotel breakfast also offered a wide variety and was delicious. Overall, it's a highly recommended hotel!

Facilities: This B&B is a real gem, and it's popular with foreign guests 🌙. Cleanliness: Super clean! Every nook and cranny was spotless 😊. Ambiance: I absolutely loved the vibe, my only minor gripe is that the room was a bit on the small side 🤫. Service: The service was fantastic across the board—from the front desk staff to the cleaning crew and even the gentleman serving breakfast, everyone was great 👍. Location: The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and the city square 🤩. The hotel also offered complimentary coffee ☕️ and wine 🍷. Even though I couldn't enjoy them because I was with my child 🥹, I really appreciated the overall atmosphere. In a city as historic as Xi'an, there are so many hotels, but it's nice to experience a B&B for a different kind of stay 😊👍.

We loved our stay at the Heonic Hotel and suits. The cat motif and cat playroom in the lobby was a hit with our teen and an adult missing her fur babies at home. Clean tidy rooms, attentive staff, cool AC in room, lots of hot water in shower and a bidet in toliet. Room with two double beds, although on the smaller side, it was very comfortable. Within walking distance of the city wall and accessible by Didi to other attractions.
