Dreadful value for money. This hotel was vastly overpriced for what was actually provided. Among the problems we encountered, the Wi-Fi was virtually unusable, the bathroom flooded whenever the bath was emptied, and it was extremely difficult to get enough hot water to fill the bath in the first place. There was also a potentially serious safety issue with the gas stove on the balcony, and the handle on the bathroom door kept falling off. The dinner we had — essentially a mushroom risotto — was very poor. On top of that, the hotel initially tried to charge extra for basic items such as coffee and water, only agreeing not to after we complained. Overall, I was appalled by the gap between the very high price charged and the poor standard delivered. I do not recommend this hotel at all, particularly at anything like the price we paid.

Breakfast is average, American style in the lobby on the first floor. There are free billiards and bars. Very close to the Jaime duque amusement park. There is a parking lot, suitable for children. The picture is the view from the window of the room.

The room is smaller and the breakfast is OK. There is a paid drop-off service. Overall OK.

Good quality hotel for the price. The customer service people were very nice, and can speak some English. The rooms are spacious, with fridge, snack bar, free bottle of water, and really love how comfy the bed is. The location is also great, there is a grocery store, and some nice restaurants just next to it.

I booked the hotel through Trip.com online payment. The front desk did not know how to operate the Ctrip deduction on the night of the stay, resulting in me having to pay the room fee myself to stay. At the same time, the front desk promised that after the hotel deduction was successful the next morning, I would refund my own room fee in cash. The staff said that the cash could not be refunded, and the cockroach could return it to my card in the same way, and it could not be refunded at that time. On the third day, the hotel told the bank card to wait 15 days for the refund. In short, the money was very positive when receiving, and the refund was very laborious. The experience is very poor. The room was clean and the breakfast was OK. The hardware is in line with the quality of ibis, and the software is in line with the style of Latin American work. Fortunately, Ctrip has been very cooperative, which is why I have always used Ctrip, even foreign hotels.
