During dinner, I asked for a bottle of water, but it took more than 10 minutes for it to be brought to the table. To make matters worse, a staff member accidentally took away the fork I was using while I was still eating. As a result, I was unable to continue my meal for several minutes because I had no fork. To their credit, the staff member realized the mistake and brought me a complimentary cake, and the manager later offered me a glass of wine as an apology. At first, I even wondered whether I was being treated differently, but I chose to assume it was simply an unfortunate mistake and moved on. That said, considering the quality and price level of the hotel facilities, the restaurant service was noticeably below the standard I experienced at other hotels. I thought it was worth mentioning for future guests.

Oh... this is the most amazing hotel in recent years. Travel and change hotels often. I love shower places. I was struck by the neat repair with attention to detail, everything super neatly, in the room a stunning solution with textile and a bunch of windows around the circle. It looks incrediblely stylish. Very green yard , you can have dinner in a restaurant and there just huge portions and incredible prices. + was super pleasant service. Breakfast is neat and pleasant fresh . We took an economic room, there was very little room in the bathroom, the leak in the shower is not an eye , but all these shortcomings didn't even want to see, all the rest overlaid with the lichwa. Next time we just take the room more. On the photo the hotel is worse than it is actually! It is boutique!!!!!!!!! And the style is not instagram-cold, but a pleasant cosy. We are just with her husband in delight!!!!!!! He even on Google cards he marked himself to remember him. I love hotels and carefully select them, but to be so pleased ..... For a long time, very long ago, have not experienced such joy, more than a year, in travels on 3-4 month in the year

The hotel is beautiful throughout, and the rooms are very nice inside. You can see the snow-capped mountains directly from the room's balcony, just as shown in the hotel's photos. Unfortunately, the curtains in the second bedroom aren't blackout, so I was woken up by the light in the morning. I hope this can be improved. The hotel's breakfast and dinner were both very satisfying, and the waitstaff were very nice. The hotel's cats are also adorable and friendly. There isn't much around the hotel, so you'll need to drive into town to explore. It's more convenient if you have a car.

I had a nice stay with great amenities, beautiful grounds, a delicious breakfast, and a comfortable bed. However, the service upon arrival and check-in could be more welcoming, and the WiFi signal was weak.

Хороший курортный отель. Расположен вдали от шума и суеты. Хорошие завтраки. Есть отличный бассейн. Номера чистые и комфортные, но не во всех хороший вид. За дополнительную плату предлагают дегустацию вин (35 лари) и мастеркласс по приготовлению хачапури (30 лари)

Это прекрасное место! В Грузии мы много где были и здесь нам понравилось больше всего! Здесь все до мелочей приятно и душевно. Высший класс. Уровень всего здесь на высоте! Прекрасные люди, замечательное вино, интересная экскурсия и душевная атмосфера! Рекомендую оставаться минимум на несколько дней. Если вы хотите побыть в тишине, среди природы, вина и отдохнуть в кругу приятных людей) Так же в округе есть интересные достопримечательности, как природные, так и разные храмы, музеи.

The room was beautiful, overlooking a small estate. All the in-room amenities were complete. The remote control's batteries were dead, and the TV's welcome video kept playing non-stop when we entered the room. We had to call the front desk to get replacement batteries for the remote. The lady at the front desk was quite unhelpful. We arrived in the afternoon and couldn't book any wine tours or tastings, and the front desk couldn't offer any useful assistance. In the end, we went to the nearby Shumi Winery, where we could walk in for a guided tour and tasting, which was a much better experience.

The small Vino hotel, hidden in the countryside of Tarawi, is a three-story building with 5 rooms. The first floor is a western restaurant and bar, the second floor has 3 rooms, the third floor has 2 rooms. There is no elevator in the whole building, all of which are up and down by stairs. The family room on the third floor is a chic spiral staircase. It will be more difficult to carry large luggage. Because in the countryside, there will be cockroaches, remember to close the doors and windows. Due to the bar on the first floor, the regular bath temperature is about 40– 45℃, but the water temperature on the day we check out was over 45℃. In winter, we must pay attention to taking children to take a bath to avoid not being very hot. The biggest surprise of the whole hotel is the restaurant on the first floor. The environment is the best within 100 meters. The taste of the meal is online. I specially took a video record!

We were very happy with our stay! The hotel was super clean, the location was great and the view was just beautiful. All was very pleasant and uncomplicated. We can absolutely recommend the hotel and would come back at any time! ⭐️

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room and the entire property were very clean. The front desk staff spoke a little Russian and English. The pool area staff were also very friendly and helpful with directions. The pool is heated, but we found it a bit cool in the evening, though it was perfect during the day in the sun. You can warm up in the sauna, steam room, or hammam. I celebrated my birthday at this hotel and received a cake and a card as a gift, which was a lovely surprise! There's a large parking lot by the road, and they'll take you to the hotel entrance on a golf cart. The restaurant prices are a bit high, but I really enjoyed having dinner or lunch with a view on the terrace. The hotel has two restaurants: one on the 1st floor serving Georgian cuisine and another on the 4th floor for European dishes. It's a 6-minute drive to Sighnaghi city. You can go into town for a stroll and a more budget-friendly meal if that's important to you. I highly recommend this hotel!
