The location is definitely the highlight of this hotel. They have an airport shuttle from terminal 2 that goes every 20minutes. Then there is a bridge to terminal 1 that is a 3 minute walk, very convenient.
The room was okay and the staff were friendly enough
I would stay here again for an early/late flight.
We enjoyed our 3 nights stay at PF hotel & suites. The young guy doing night shift at check in counter gave the best service! We checked in at 3 a.m on 20 November. , he saw our taxi and promptly came to open the entrance door for us. We saw him on different evenings and he was always smiling. The hotel housekeeping did a splendid job! The room was very clean. The furnishings and furniture might be a bit dated, but at such a convenient location, this hotel is highly recommended at this affordable rate. There are great Korean gimbab & fried chicken little shop right next to the hotel if you crave Asian food. A short walk away, there are several local Mexican restsurants, cafes and street food stalls.
Pretty basic hotel
Very friendly housekeeping and changes the bed sheets regularly
Location wise a bit far from metro station and not many restaurants in the vicinity
Air conditioner is the old fashion fan type so quite noisy when switch on

We had trouble accessing the internet on arrival and it took quuite awhile for their tech support to correct. We weren't alone but eventually we got access.
Coffee in the room is a challenge as only one day during our 5 night stay did we get regular coffee to brew in the room. The other days it was Nescafe decaf instant. The staff were very accommodating, the room was clean, and the pool was a welcome oasis after walking around all day.

I booked this hotel for a 23-hour layover in Mexico City on an Aeromexico flight to Guatemala. It was great because it was near a metro station, which was easily accessible from the airport. The hotel is at least 3-star rated. The room was spacious, the closet was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were all friendly. My room was a bit noisy, which was a bit uncomfortable in the middle of the night, but not to the point of being terribly annoying. The only real disappointment was the lack of a coffee pot. I desperately wanted coffee, so I went to the first-floor restaurant to get some warm water. The bed was also good quality. Overall, I'm satisfied. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quieter, more urban location away from the touristy city center.
Room had little to do with the images on trip.com. Room was dark with no direct sunlight (wall around 50cm in front of the window).
Morning shower was interrupted with an unpleasant surprise as the shower head fell onto me.
Both complaints were adressed during check-out the same day, but staff were obviously not trained for complaints and could not handle my feedback, very disappointing for an 'upscale hotel'. trip.com service on the other hand was flawless as usual.
The internet in my room was terrible; none of the hotel's networks worked. It was a shame. The room size, amenities, friendly staff, and location are the highlights.
Basic hotel right next to the metro station / 20-minute taxi ride from MEX airport.
Clean and spacious rooms, room service available.
Bring ear plugs as the hotel is right in a busy road.

GGuest UserThis is our go to place in Mexico City, great location (other than problems with Uber due to road closed in front of US Embassy which blocks one access completely).
Staff are pretty good, fair pricing.. just stay away from Danubio tower and get the Reforma side.
Had 2 issues last visit with show curtains not being water proof, so bathroom floor would get wet and main room door was difficult to close (514). Spoke to front desk and customer service contacted me with an upgrade.
XXMGSKKThe hotel is located in the downtown area. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. There are many choices. There are many bars near the hotel. It is very convenient to stay in this location if you are traveling in Mexico City. The hotel is good overall. The facilities are not very new, but it meets the needs overall.

GGuest UserGreat hotel to stay at if you arrive late in Mexico City. Service was welcoming and friendly. Very nice room with great insulation, so I didn't really hear all the construction going on at the airport. Very pricey, but worth it if your other hotel in the city doesn't have a shuttle service to pick you up late at night at the airport.
RRusTravelersThis hotel used to be a 5-star, but now it's barely a 3-star. The furniture is very old, the carpet hasn't been replaced since it opened, the bathroom tiles are falling off, and the countertop has a hole in it. But for the price, and with breakfast included, it's okay. Most importantly, everything was clean! The water was hot. Breakfast was actually a bit of a letdown. We went to the restaurant, and there was a buffet with cakes, salads, fruit, and a steaming hot dish. And they told us: ”You only get a sandwich and tea... that's it... and anything else is an extra 180 pesos.”
GGuest UserGreat hotel to stay at in Mexico City because it's centrally located, and a tour operator picked me up for an excursion to Teotihuacan, which was fantastic. The staff was also cordial in general, and I felt safe with the private guard in the front lobby. As for the room, it was just as advertised in the adverisement description and pictures. Warm water worked, and so did the A/C. Wifi worked well, but because I have used Ibis Hotel in other countries, I already had a general account, so accessing wifi was a little tricky in the beginning, but after resetting my password, I was able to access wifi. With regards to the restaurant, some of the dishes were delicious for dinner, such as the Enchilada Suices. The breakfast buffet was well worth it and had a variety to select from. Overall, this hotel is a good value for your money.
CchangfeizThis hotel is great for an overnight stay at Terminal 1. The room facilities were all good, and they even kindly offered complimentary beer at check-in. Just a heads-up: as of [Month, 202*], the entire Terminal 1 is undergoing major renovations, and the signage is very unclear. I had to ask several people for directions, and saying 'Marriott' seemed to be more recognizable to the locals.
RRon96The lobby sets the tone with its quirky, colorful decor—think neon lights, geometric patterns, and local art celebrating Mexican culture. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the friendly, bilingual staff, who offered quick recommendations for nearby tacos al pastor (a must-try!). The vibe is modern, youthful, and unpretentious—perfect for millennial travelers or families looking for a fun, hassle-free stay.
GGuest UserSome young waitresses are not so friendly to customers and always seem a little impatient. I hope that the relatives, friends and parents of this waitress will encounter more warm, generous, patient and meticulous good services when traveling abroad.
Mmaco722I really like the balcony of this hotel. I can stand on the balcony and feed the squirrels. It's such a joy. The room facilities are also very convenient. If you want to order takeout or make instant noodles, there are microwave tableware available, which is very convenient! It's only a 3-5 minute walk from the Independence Monument. When you go out, turn left and go straight for a short distance to find the famous chain of Spanish churros, which is delicious! There are also Korean supermarkets where you can buy instant noodles, which is friendly to Chinese stomachs!
