Guest UserI recently stayed at Thistle Hotel Port Dickson, and unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to several service and management issues.
The first problem was the check-in process. It took almost 50 minutes to check in, which is far too long. Even worse, there was no air conditioning in the lobby, so guests had to stand in a hot and uncomfortable environment while waiting in the queue.
The room amenities were also inadequate. The bathroom only provided a 100ml bottle of shampoo and shower gel, which was not enough for guests who wanted to shower multiple times during their stay.
The most frustrating issue was the infinity pool. The hotel indicated that the pool was open, but when we arrived, there was only a notice saying the pool was closed because no lifeguard was on duty. When I called the front desk to ask when the lifeguard would return, I was told the pool had actually been closed for a long time due to maintenance. This explanation was very confusing because on the evening we checked in, we saw guests using the pool, and the poolside food and beverage service was operating as usual. The following morning, the pool was suddenly closed. If the pool had really been under long-term maintenance, why wasn't the area blocked off properly or a maintenance notice displayed? Instead, the notice only stated that the pool was closed because no lifeguard was available. The inconsistent information and poor communication were unacceptable.
The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The service was very poor. Dirty plates were not cleared promptly, and we had to ask several times before staff came to clear the table. Food trays were frequently empty and not refilled in a timely manner—I had to return three times before I could finally get some of the items I wanted.
The egg station was another example of inconsistent service. When my mother requested sunny-side-up eggs, the staff told her they only served omelettes. However, when I went to ask again, the same staff immediately agreed to cook sunny-side-up eggs. This inconsistency was confusing and reflected poorly on the staff's service standards.
Overall, while the hotel has good facilities and potential, the slow check-in process, poor communication, inadequate amenities, and below-average breakfast service made this stay disappointing. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both their customer service and operational standards.

Guest UserHad a wonderful stay at Panorama View Resort Port Dickson with the private pool villa. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The private pool was definitely the highlight of our stay — well-maintained, peaceful, and great for enjoying some quality time away from the crowd.
Another highlight was the lounge buffet, which had a good selection of food and was regularly replenished. The cocktails were also enjoyable, and the lounge offered a beautiful sunset view overlooking the resort. It was the perfect place to relax in the evening, enjoy a drink, and take in the scenery.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Great value for money and a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a short escape in Port Dickson. Would definitely love to return again!

Guest UserThe overwater bungalow, though a bit dated in its decor, has a lovely vintage charm. The environment is fantastic, and it's super convenient for getting to the beach. The food at the restaurant is really good, highly recommend! And you see protected animals everywhere, which is pretty cool, haha.

zakiusj📍Grand Lexis Port Dickson, Batu 2, Jalan Seremban, 71000 Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan.
Rooms: 2 units of Grand Garden Pool Villa Upper Unit (upgraded from Garden Pool Villa upper unit), suitable for 4 people each.
Stay: 2D1N
We had a wonderful experience at the Grand Lexis in the Grand Garden Pool Villa. The villa was exceptionally spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect mix of luxury and comfort.
The standout feature was the private indoor pool. It was large, pristine, and provided an ideal private space away from the crowds. The room amenities were excellent, with very comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom, featuring separate toilet and shower.
The staff were very friendly, and the buggy service made exploring the resort quick and easy. Parking was conveniently located just a few meters from our unit.
The public beach was within walking distance of the main building. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options. You can choose between indoor or outdoor dining.
Overall, it’s highly recommended for a peaceful, relaxing retreat with family!

Anonymous UserThis is not our first time at Admiral Cove Avillion however the first Superior room with Seaview (1501); wow with the setting sun view..Love it! Pleasant experience overall. This hotel is children-friendly with good facilities and amenities around as well as good food though mostly open towards the evening but fast food outlets like mcD and Starbucks etc are a drive away at Waterfront City. Our appreciation goes especially to Amy the guest relations assistant and Dalina with their ever smiling demeanor and kind support while attending to us. Somehow our hp couldn't connect outgoing calls but Amy was ever willing to let us use her hp, kudos Amy! Thank you.

Guest UserVery beautiful place, but more suitable for students who go camping... but sadly there are toilets near the outside, I thought twice about going there at night... there are lots of conveniences, there is a place to eat, no need to drive... just walk... less than 1 km... just in front of the hotel there is a food stall
