Very clean and organized. The assistance was really good and all of the staff was really nice and helpful. Inside the airport hotel so it is really comfortable for travelling.

The location is beside the train station. However, I reached the hotel very late, close to midnight. Unsure where to go to the other side since I reached Eindhoven by FlixBus, so I had to take Bolt instead; otherwise, it would take ages figuring out the way. I asked the NS officer, and he was also unsure, lol. The room was pretty clean. The only drawback was that the toilet was not flushed properly beforehand. The water in the bowl was brown and murky. Unsure if this was accidental or not since, by right, the room was already cleaned by the cleaning service department. The flushing mechanism was super slow, so this may be the cause of the accidental dirty toilet bowl before we even used it. I did not complain to the staff since it’s already pretty late, and we were rushing to wake up early as well. The fire alarm blared at 6 a.m. too, and the announcement was for us to evacuate the building. Hesitating to do so since it’s super cold, but when we tried to go down to the staircases, the tenants from the rooms next door came back tired and said there’s nothing wrong at all. Duh. Other than that, it’s OK for us with Social Hub. It’s always our favorite hotel to stay in the Netherlands.

Due to road closures, the car park was very difficult to find, we first went to the hotel, and was then given a map to find the carpark. It wasn’t clear where the carpark intercom was to buzz in. They also charge €30 per day for parking. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have a car. However, it’s perfect if you’re travelling on foot. There’s no kettle in the room, but hot water is available in the reception/food area.

Hotel is OK at best. Prime location and beautiful building, but it's all show and no heart. Breakfast is a let-down and staff stops replenishing it hours before it ends. Cheap and tasteless bread rolls, limited choice, flaccid coffee - a range of disappointing quality choices extending to the cheap sparkling wine offered as a luxury finishing. Small hotel room with next to absent sound insulation. Bathroom was downright chilly, shower tepid at best. Staff is friendly but trained to courteously deny and deflect any demand which doesn't allow for extra charges. This hotel is run by a management only interested in the bottom line, and is cutting all corners that do not endanger their 4* status. It deserves a team with passion for the hospitality business, in which case I wouldn't even mind paying more. As it stands, a disappointment if you expect a 4* treatment.

Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms. The restaurant was excellent, and breakfast was more than satisfactory. I highly recommend this hotel.

First business trip to the company's European headquarters. The hotel is located within a 10-minute walk from the train station. There are supermarkets and multiple restaurants nearby, providing complete living facilities. There are bicycles available for rent outside the hotel, and you can ride them for sightseeing when the weather is good. I will choose to stay in this hotel next time.

Very good hotel with amazing location, in total this year we stayed in three different rooms and they all were pretty nice. The only bad part was about trip com– the hotel didn’t get my reservation on time and when we arrived the room was taken, even though we paid for it 3 days before arrival. It was quite upsetting, but they gave us our room on the second day and in the end it was interesting experience because we lived in two completely different rooms during our nice trip. Also, not very a bad thing since in Europe people used to wear shoes inside, but the carpets made my feet very itchy, which I think was because of the cleaning supplies they use. It’s not a bad thing for me also because it means they actually clean them well hahah Anyway, we will go live in this hotel much more in this hotel for sure!

Very modern hotel. All online including check in and issurance of room access card. Near to IKEA. Ground floor is next to Burger King. However, I ask for an hr later check out and was rejected. The hotel should give some considerations to people who in need of this additional hour.

The hotel was nice. The check in was quick and smooth. Disappointed to hear the swimming pool facilities were not available. The bedroom was a great size, bed very comfy. Nice to have a fridge and kettle, tea/ coffee. The bathroom was spotless. The rooms need to be checked for rubbish behind the desk before the curtains as there was other guests rubbish there. The ice machine is on the ground floor and would be nice if there was another on each floor. Good location for the train station and town. We parked our car with free on street parking a 12 minute walk away to avoid the high hotel parking charges. The room was noisy with street traffic, cars racing up and down.

No mini bar Cracking bed Nice environment, pleasant location near the center Exposure policy, unfortunately no bathing days also outdoor swimming pool naked, from above you can just look down at swimming people, feel uncomfortable and yet pay extra not clearly during booking that wellness was paying. Breakfast is in good order, no salmon or tuna, no plant or lactose-free alternatives, but ok.
