The hotel is in the centre of Horta, you walk down a street and you are in the port. It is old but everything is very clean and has spectacular views. The breakfast is simple but very tasty. Bring a swimsuit and a cap as there are free indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a gym. The staff help you as much as they can and speak a lot of Spanish. There is free parking nearby.

Terrible room, above the air conditioning units, it was impossible to sleep all night. Again, revenge from the hotel for a very cheap room booked on Trip.com. Breakfast typical for 4 stars, a bottle of water and two cookies, a gift from the hotel.

Hotel that signs age and consumption. Insonorization of the rooms weak, allowing to hear noise from the next rooms. We reserve 2 rooms for the family, there is no care to place them at least in the same floor. The car climbed all night, and after the complaint, the technicians tried to solve it, and the second night, it ended up breaking the whole mechanism, and was without water in the toilet. The check out is that they proposed a change of room. Good conditions for the indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath.

Clean hotel, budget breakfast. Old pool (not very clean) and no access to the gym. Far from the city and no transfer. No restaurant, only a bar with regular food like burgers and pizza (not very good).

We are happy with the service and location of the hotel. There was a large selection for breakfast, an interesting system for ordering an additional breakfast. Very good gym, we were there every evening. The presence of a sauna is also a great solution to relax after daily hikes in the mountains. We were pleased with the availability of parking spaces near the hotel. There was some kind of system error when checking out, I hope the staff solved it. Since we were in a hurry to the airport and could not wait for their information to be updated, we simply gave the keys to the room.

A great resort on the North Coast of Azores. The trail along the coast from the hotel is very nice. There are a few restaurants around and the hotel has good breakfast and a restaurant on site opening for lunch and dinner. Good for family, the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They can help you book tours and call taxis.

I liked almost everything, ranking above the average. I didn't like the room had such a small bed.

It is the best hotel for the whole trip. The hotel staff are warm and the room is very clean. I stayed for three nights, and the new bedding was replaced every day. The room has a good view.
