GGuest UserService, room size and appearance as well as cleanliness and staff friendliness all 100% and beyond. However, the sauna/spa area are on a “paid for” basis, not included for the clients of the hotel.

GGuest UserWe had booked the Ibis Galati. Upon arrival, we were told it was closed. We received an upgrade to the Mercure Hotel, which is right next door. Therefore, this review applies to the Mercure Hotel. Check-in was smooth. The rooms are very spacious. Breakfast is plentiful, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

AAnonymous UserThis is the only place of its kind in this area, so we had a good stay. It's much better compared to the Ibis next door. The Danube River is close by, so we enjoyed some nice walks.
