JAVIER OBESSOThe hotel is in the centre of Horta, you walk down a street and you are in the port. It is old but everything is very clean and has spectacular views. The breakfast is simple but very tasty. Bring a swimsuit and a cap as there are free indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a gym. The staff help you as much as they can and speak a lot of Spanish. There is free parking nearby.

Guest UserWe had a lovely stay at ANC. We spent 2 nights there after flying in from NYC. It was nice to have the pool, the terrace and be in walking distance to the beach (even though when we went there was too much seaweed to swim) most of the people at the front desk were very helpful. You can also walk to Caloura. These were all good things as we got acclimated from jet lag. Peaceful. One person in particular helped me with reservations and good details on our plans. The dinner was good and the breakfasts seem to be the usual fare, a good variety. We’d recommend staying here.

I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE WEEK'S STAY AT HOTEL INATEL. IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

The facilities were clean and operational, I had no issues with any of the equipment or appliances. Lastly, the location, the view, the room, all beautiful like something out of a movie! I would definitely love to stay here again and is a strong recommendation to friends and family!

Guest UserIt is a superb hotel, super well located, but avoid the room number 162. In my experience, the air conditioning was not working well, without any view of the balcony, and was above the kitchen and behind a restaurant (smoking and smells) which was not suitable for me to leave clothes on the balcony to dry during the night.
It was all 5 stars ******.The breakfast was very good but I think they can do better.

The room has a weak natural ventilation , always a mopho odour , and some reformulations must be made to solve this problem . Also in terms of breakfast service should use towels on the tables and not serve breakfast on the glass tables directly.

The hotel is quite old, but with an atmosphere. Pleasant staff. There is a swimming pool and jacuzzi, in front of the hotel there are wonderful sunset views. The rooms are spacious but the beds are a little sagging - one was tolerable and the other quite uncomfortable. Of the minuses-poor soundproofing and noisy maids in the morning. The breakfast is decent - nothing fancy, but the choice is large and the food is tasty. Directly under the hotel there is a police station and on Saturday evening they stopped all the cars in a row - they checked for alcohol or drugs.
