GGuest UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location, with a vibrant array of shops and supermarkets nearby. What truly stands out is the outstanding service. During check-in, as our reserved room wasn't ready, we were immediately upgraded to a suite, and all subsequent service was incredibly prompt. Our package included a complimentary shuttle service to Haihunhou, and upon contacting the front desk manager, the arrangement was promptly made. Overall, I'd give this hotel a strong recommendation. Our two-day stay was truly excellent! We would definitely return if we have the chance!

GGuest UserArrived at the hotel at 1:30 PM, but the room wasn't ready yet. The front desk was very accommodating and arranged for us to enjoy afternoon tea early at the tea bar. The room was amazing, a proper river and pavilion view room, which wasn't advertised when I booked, but the view was just as good, if not better, than some 'pavilion view' rooms at other hotels. The room layout was very well-designed, with a large bathroom window directly facing Bayi Bridge. The bathroom featured a four-piece setup with a spacious area and a bathtub. Housekeeping was friendly and responsive, and we received a complimentary fruit platter. The revolving restaurant offered great views and a rich breakfast buffet with both Chinese and Western options, available until 11 AM. Parking was ample. The bedding was comfortable and clean, and it was very quiet for sleeping. Just two minor quibbles: first, no tissues were provided during afternoon tea on the first floor, and the tea was a bit cold. Second, at 8 PM, there was no one at the counter in the third-floor restaurant, and we had to search for staff to order food.

GGuest UserI went out with my friends on May Day. This hotel is close to the train station. There is also a subway to popular attractions, which is very convenient. The hotel facilities are a bit old and the lighting is dim, but the room is relatively large, with a living room, a bedroom, and two bathrooms. The only downside is that there are too few plugs, and there are none in the bedroom, which is very inconvenient. I hope it can be improved.

Every detail of the hotel was done very well, making us feel the meticulous care. The main thing is that the breakfast in the hotel is also very delicious. There are many varieties. Whether checking in or checking out, the hotel's service process was very smooth, making us feel very convenient and comfortable. Every time there is a need, the hotel staff actively takes advantage of it, which makes us feel more respected. The hotel's lake view is stunning. The transportation is convenient and traveling is very convenient. I will come again next time.

QQingfuchenxiaoI stayed here on my first day in Nanchang. I chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location and the fact that it's an established five-star hotel. It's only 200 meters from Shengjin Tower and 300 meters from the subway station, making it very easy to get around. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so they're using a temporary lobby, but the staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were excellent. I stayed for two nights and found it super convenient to get to the August 1st Nanchang Uprising Memorial Hall, Wanshou Palace, and Tengwang Pavilion—they were just two subway stops away. Downstairs, there are also local restaurants serving authentic Jiangxi cuisine, as well as lamb spine hotpot and spicy crayfish, among other delicious options. It was really convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. It's just a shame I forgot to take photos during my two-day stay.

The hotel lobby is stylish, the room is warmly decorated, the facilities are complete, the bedding is brand new, the breakfast is rich, and the meal is full. During the Spring Festival, the popularity is high, the occupancy rate is high, and the breakfast has to be turned over. The hotel has a gym and laundry service. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and there are questions and answers. Overall, Nanchang Kaimei Grand Hotel is very cost-effective and worth recommending.

As expected from a long-standing five-star hotel, the service was warm and welcoming, and the room was spacious. Some rooms can see Bayi Square. The hotel lobby is stylish, although the facilities in the room are not new, but very clean, there is a 5 yuan discount price for Jiangxi dumpling juice (the brand forgot), there is a free hand-washing shirt service, free rental Hanfu service... In short, this hotel has made the service perfect, recommend friends to rest assured.

Although the facilities and decoration are a bit old, the hotel is in an excellent location, the room is large enough, the price/performance ratio is very high, and the service is also very good.
