Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location, with a vibrant array of shops and supermarkets nearby. What truly stands out is the outstanding service. During check-in, as our reserved room wasn't ready, we were immediately upgraded to a suite, and all subsequent service was incredibly prompt. Our package included a complimentary shuttle service to Haihunhou, and upon contacting the front desk manager, the arrangement was promptly made. Overall, I'd give this hotel a strong recommendation. Our two-day stay was truly excellent! We would definitely return if we have the chance!
GGuest UserArrived at the hotel at 1:30 PM, but the room wasn't ready yet. The front desk was very accommodating and arranged for us to enjoy afternoon tea early at the tea bar. The room was amazing, a proper river and pavilion view room, which wasn't advertised when I booked, but the view was just as good, if not better, than some 'pavilion view' rooms at other hotels. The room layout was very well-designed, with a large bathroom window directly facing Bayi Bridge. The bathroom featured a four-piece setup with a spacious area and a bathtub. Housekeeping was friendly and responsive, and we received a complimentary fruit platter. The revolving restaurant offered great views and a rich breakfast buffet with both Chinese and Western options, available until 11 AM. Parking was ample. The bedding was comfortable and clean, and it was very quiet for sleeping. Just two minor quibbles: first, no tissues were provided during afternoon tea on the first floor, and the tea was a bit cold. Second, at 8 PM, there was no one at the counter in the third-floor restaurant, and we had to search for staff to order food.

DDarren24Stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting Nanchang during National Week. A decent stay all in all. The decor is a bit old fashioned and the walls a little thin. But the room was large and comfortable, the service was very good, and it’s right next to a metro station, making travel easy. Best of all, the windows are very thick which drowns out the city noise well (Nanchang drivers seem to love blaring their horns)
Breakfast was a little disappointing. We were told it was open till 12 but when we went down at 9:30 there were very few options left. If you’re a late riser it might be best to get takeaway.
GGuest UserThe environment of the hotel is amazing. The elegant decoration and well-designed space layout make people feel both luxurious and comfortable. Whether it is the grandeur of the lobby or the exquisite service of the guest rooms, I was impressed by the hospitality and professionalism of the hotel staff. I was deeply impressed. From reception to room service, every staff member showed extremely high professionalism and care for guests. Especially Xiaogui at the front desk arranged warm and comfortable rooms and solved problems efficiently, which made me happy. I feel the warmth of home, and the dining experience is equally impressive. The food in the hotel's restaurant is diverse and tastes great. Every stay is a very pleasant experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel is luxurious and elegant, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean and hygienic, the surrounding environment is good and quiet. The waiters are polite and thoughtful, and the service is considerate. It is a good place for leisure and vacation.
QQingfuchenxiaoI stayed here on my first day in Nanchang. I chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location and the fact that it's an established five-star hotel. It's only 200 meters from Shengjin Tower and 300 meters from the subway station, making it very easy to get around. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so they're using a temporary lobby, but the staff were all very friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel facilities and cleanliness were excellent. I stayed for two nights and found it super convenient to get to the August 1st Nanchang Uprising Memorial Hall, Wanshou Palace, and Tengwang Pavilion—they were just two subway stops away. Downstairs, there are also local restaurants serving authentic Jiangxi cuisine, as well as lamb spine hotpot and spicy crayfish, among other delicious options. It was really convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. It's just a shame I forgot to take photos during my two-day stay.
LLijiaxiaoxingxingAn old star hotel, not far from the city, close to Aixi Lake, quiet environment and convenient parking. The hotel lobby is stylish, the room is warmly decorated, the facilities are complete, the bedding is brand new, the breakfast is rich, and the meal is full. During the Spring Festival, the popularity is high, the occupancy rate is high, and the breakfast has to be turned over. The hotel has a gym and laundry service. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and there are questions and answers. Overall, Nanchang Kaimei Grand Hotel is very cost-effective and worth recommending.

BbravefishsThe Jiangxi Hotel is advertised as an old five-star hotel. Its location is decent, right next to a subway station, but the facilities are quite outdated. When I was first checked in, they made a point of saying it was an 'upgraded room.' However, the room had an incredibly strong musty smell; I literally couldn't breathe, which is a first for me in any hotel. I'm not sure if it was intentional. They then moved me to an adjacent room, which still had a musty smell, though it became slightly better after airing it out for a bit. They claimed this room was better because the carpet had been replaced compared to the previous one, but the duvet felt damp, so I had to take it out to the balcony to air. There were also too few pillows, and when the main light was turned on, I could see a lot of dust and dirt on it. I just endured the night, but the experience was not good. Breakfast was acceptable. In the future, I'll need to be much more careful when choosing a hotel.
DDerekChen626The hotel is conveniently located, very close to Bayi Square and Wushang Mall. You can see Bayi Square in the room. The room is clean and tidy, the service is warm and thoughtful, the stay experience is very comfortable, and I will choose here next time!
GGuest UserThe exterior doesn't look very new, probably because it's an old building, but the interior decoration is very good. The room is large, clean and sanitary, with complete facilities, including a refrigerator, massager, and smart toilet. The service is also very good, and they upgraded my room for free. Thank you
