I stayed only one night, but I found a nice and careful hostel.

The receptionist Laysla's care is incredible, very sympathetic and performing. I stayed in a room that the air conditioning was not cooling well, the official Arthur (very sympathetic and willing to help) tried to solve the problem, as he could not quickly change us to the room . Mr Carlos (also very educated and well-profited) helped us make the exchange and before took us to the room to see if the air was satisfied. Excellent general service!!! Excellent facilities, everything very clean. I loved!!!

The hotel needs maintenance. Bed clothes are already spent, some of them are shaved. The hotel's reception is only wet dog, and you need to improve this issue much. Although the hotel has the option to take breakfast, paying an extra fee, we chose not to take breakfast at the hotel in the light of the smell of the reception. I have been hosted in the Ibis Budget of Aracaju in Atalaja for a few years, and unfortunately the hotel has fallen very well. I wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel today.

The hotel was very comfortable, but it left to want the parking, my vehicle stayed out of the hotel because it had no vacation, staying on public road, I was very angry!!

Muito bom, gostei bastante, quarto bem limpo, confortável, atendimento satisfatório, café da manhã farto e bem variado. O ponto negativo foi que devido a algum erro por parte da trip.com ou do hotel, minha reserva estava diferente da que adquiri, nos acomodaram em um quarto adaptado, diferente da reserva. A princípio insinuaram que havíamos reservado esse tipo de quarto de propósito, segundo eles por não haver mais vagas, só mudaram a postura quando apresentei o comprovante da reserva, ficaram sem saber o que diziam, transferindo a culpa para a Trip.com . Situação muito chata, e que foi ouvida por outras pessoas que aguardavam.

Tive uma experiência negativa no Hotel Del Canto. Normalmente fico no Ibis e esperava algo bom, mas fiquei decepcionado. Reservei para dois adultos e uma criança, mas só havia uma cama de casal. Para piorar, cobraram R$ 107 por uma cama extra, um valor alto comparado a outros hotéis. O chuveiro também não esquentava, resultando em banhos frios. Felizmente, foi apenas uma noite, mais teria sido difícil se fosse mais que uma noite. Não recomendo.

Pontos positivos: funcionários bem educados e comunicativos, hotel bem localizado, café da manhã bom, área da piscina muito boa com ótima vista e variedade de bebidas, bem instagramável. Pontos negativos: ar-condicionado não tão fortes, mas ao sair chegaram algumas equipes para fazer manutenção, tive problema com o ar-condicionado em um quarto, mas me mudaram imediatamente de quarto. O café fica enjoativo se vc ficar muitos dias, pois são coisas básicas que mudam.
