The receptionist Laysla's care is incredible, very sympathetic and performing. Mr Carlos (also very educated and well-profited) helped us make the exchange and before took us to the room to see if the air was satisfied. Excellent general service!!! Hotel Velho e sem manutenção, quartos de tamanho bom, porém com aparência de sujos e mal conservados, café da manhã ok, porém sem muita variedade, principalmente se vc fica mais de 3 dias. Os funcionários são bem educados e prestativos. Ótima localização, perto de tudo! Não me hospedaria novamente.
