Nice views over the city from your room and the 17 th floor roof top restaurant. At breakfast the food is not regularly checked and refilled. The F&B service staff performance in this outlet is overall unsatisfactory. Bills are not issued for drinks on the terrace which doesn’t show well on the integrity of the management staff of this outlet.
Hotel location near mall however there’s nothing surrounding the hotel. The mall itself not much to see.

Specifically chose non smoking room when booking, but still somehow only smoking room left when I checked in. How are there still smoking room in this year I don't understand.
Always stay here whenever i am back to Lampung and this is my 3rd time. They are though very stingy with late check out even i know the hotel is not that busy during i stay. I ask for 2 PM c/o since i check in at 3 AM and want to rest more but they denied it.
They already improved their breakfast and this time is very good stay. I like this hotel because of the view and the cleanliness of the room and its value for money.
They also need to recognize returning guest more though not booked via IHG, your front desk system must be able to track with guest name.
It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering.
The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust
My room is over looking to the ocean and hills
In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join
All amenities are good products and work well.
We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool.
Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding.

We booked hotel room through application, was great price however when we arrived and saw the hotel room. We found out that the bed cover was dirty, has blood stain, pillow case seems like not change cz there was a lot of black dot, found lizard on the hanging paint.
We did complain to FO desk, they handled the complain very well. Gave us updated 2nd room which is larger unfortunately we found bed ticks. Lastly, they upgrade us at business room which is was clean and we request them to change everything on the bed since we bring our infant with us.
Great hospitality for the staff at lina restaurant which make our night better with the service and food.
Breakfast was great as well.

My children were very happy to see the birds and fish that are well cared for at this hotel. I hope there will be many more hotels like this in Lampung so that Lampung can develop further.

GGuest UserA perfect stay in a perfect location. Everything meets our satisfaction. Smooth check in check out, a spacious room with good aircon, kettle, fridge and spotless working bathroom. A big shout to all the staff from housekeeping, breakfast restaurant, reception, porter and secure staff. A special mention to the chefs who make delicious and plentiful breakfast we absolutely enjoy every morning. The best nasi kebuli I've ever had, so delish, so moreish, so perfect. The only thing is only 1 same sweet sambal everyday which would be better if homemade and varied. I would like to stay in the hotel group if they have them in different cities because I found Lampung is too small, and infrastructure to further beautiful areas such as The Sharks Teeth Beach are very bad, unfortunately I won't go back to this amazing hotel.

GGuest UserOverall I had a good stay at the hotel. Location is excellent and it has coffee oey out front to hang out also indomaret and alfamart just accross the street is really convenient.
A/C and the water was excellent as well. However, the bed has some kind of beach sands when I stay, so I have to remake the bed and get rid of those sands.
Also, one thing that need improvement is you should put ”quiet” sign or something like that since many kids was running along the hall and make terrible noise.
If this can be improved you have awesome hotel when guest can stay comfortably.
