Clean and tidy. Very convenient airport hotel for an early flight or arriving late. A 3 minute walk to the check-in desks. Breakfast was fantastic with a massive selection choice of Asian food. The best we have ever seen and made us wonder why this is only rated a 3 star hotel. Based on the breakfast alone I would give it 5 stars.

The jacuzzi, steam room and pool are a little worn down but the gym is huge and the spa is nice. The room itself was really comfortable and well-kept. Also, the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from DeliPark Mall Medan, which is a huge mall. All in all, I would stay here again if I visit Medan again in the future.

I had a very pleasant stay at Aryaduta Medan. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing a relaxing place to rest. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to access shopping areas and local attractions. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of local and international dishes. Overall, Aryaduta Medan delivers great value and a comfortable stay. I would gladly return again.

Adimulia Hotel Medan offers a refined and comfortable stay in the heart of the city. The hotel stands out with its elegant architecture and grand lobby, creating a luxurious first impression. Rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with modern furnishings, comfortable bedding, and excellent city views. The service is one of its strongest points—staff are professional, attentive, and consistently helpful, ensuring guests feel welcomed throughout their stay. The breakfast selection is extensive, featuring a variety of Indonesian and international dishes, all well-prepared and flavorful.

We stayed here just for one night before catching the train the next day. The room itself was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable, which was perfect for a short stay. However, all the rooms open directly onto the main lobby, so it gets very noisy early in the morning. If you’re a light sleeper, this can definitely be disturbing. There’s also a very large dehumidifier in the corridor that makes a constant, unpleasant noise.

I stayed here with my family during our holiday in Medan. Although the hotel is a bit old, it has its own charm. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Traveling with a young child, we especially appreciated the nice swimming pool, which made our stay very enjoyable.

Karibia Hotel is located near the Kesawan area (the old city of Medan), making it easy to explore nearby attractions on foot. There are also plenty of artisan cafés around. If you’re here on a weekend, you can catch the car-free day event at Merdeka Walk, just a 5–10 minute walk from the hotel. Upon entering the lobby, you’re greeted with a pleasant scent that gives the hotel a luxurious vibe. The breakfast spread is quite good, featuring mostly Indonesian cuisine. The only downside is that there’s no smart TV. So if you’re planning a staycation and prefer to just stay in the hotel, it might not be ideal as there isn’t much to do; no swimming pool and no smart TV.

This was my 6th nights stay with separate subsequent bookings due to unknown situation of our mum's conditions who was in nearby hospital. Everything of this hotel was good and convenient, especially the staffs. Not using the other facilities in the hotel at all apart from sleeping and breakfast.

This lakefront hotel is the only 5 star hotel in Samosir. It's new, about 2 years old. Its location is strategic, about 9 minutes drive from Ambarita ferry terminal, where ferries from Parapat dock. The room is not big but clean and functional. The shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion smell really good, like one of those essential oils. The hotel also has a jetty for watersports like jetski, katamaran, canoe, and yacht.The buffet breakfast has lots of varieties. There are even bittergourd juice and other types of traditional herbal drinks.

Overall good and would probably stay again. - managed to do online video meetings as wifi was strong - comfortable and large bed, however bedding was a little stained - only one lift worked which meant slight wait times, but the second elevator was fixed by our departure - good location, hectic but as expected, can get all food delivered - gym was decent, not good enough for a proper heavy gym sesh but good to get a little workout in - pool area was nice and not too busy
