Efficient Check-In: Arrival, valet parking, and check-in were quick and hassle-free. Friendly & Helpful Staff: The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Convenient Location: Being directly connected to The Avenues mall offered endless shopping and dining options right at my doorstep. I didn't even need to use the hotel restaurant! Valet Parking Available: A helpful amenity for those who prefer not to worry about parking.

Perfect for a short stay in Kuwait. location is very near to the airport. They provide free airport transfer too. However, they forgot about my arrival and i had to purchase an expensive sim card to contact them, which cost me 6KD! Ridiculous price for sim card. Hotel is perfect anyway!

Very nice reception and flexible check-in/check-out times. There is nothing worth mentioning in terms of cleanliness. Everything was top, just as you would expect from a five star hotel and also from the price that is therefore justified.
