This is what my friend Lulu writes about our stay at Şems Inn Hotel (I'm adding her pictures): Having one of the best stays with my best friend at this cute, vibrant hotel. The interior view is absolutely beautiful and feels so exotic to me coming from China—like a little oasis tucked away from the world. The people here are incredibly warm and lovely, which makes the whole experience even more special. Don’t forget to check out the artwork on the walls—the owner is actually the artist behind it, which adds such a personal and creative touch. This is definitely a stay you don’t want to miss if you want to truly elevate your experience. I already know that whenever I think about Sem, it will bring a smile to my face.

I stayed at Anemon Mardin Hotel for one night during a bus transit in Mardin. My travel plans were unexpectedly affected when flights were suspended due to the Iran–US conflict, so I continued my journey by bus and chose this hotel for an overnight stay. The property provided a reliable and comfortable stopover. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff were courteous and professional. My room was clean, quiet, and well-prepared, which allowed me to rest properly after a long journey. Although my stay was brief, I appreciated the hotel’s convenient location and the overall quality of service. For travelers passing through Mardin, Anemon Mardin Hotel offers a dependable option for rest and comfort.

The hotel is conveniently located near several attractions. The service was excellent; they had someone waiting to pick us up at the taxi stand. What was truly unexpected and very much appreciated was that on the day we switched hotels, they even took us to the reception point of our second hotel (where someone else was waiting to take us to that hotel). We're so grateful for that! Breakfast was a bit average, but that's pretty typical for a traditional Turkish breakfast. The facilities aren't old, but it seems to be due to the mountainous region – the power went out a few times on the second day, and the internet was unstable.

Highly recommend this hotel to everyone! As so many stayers at the hotel said, the location is sooo convenient to everywhere. It is right in the middle of the town! Also there is a fancy restaurant out there with gazebo, from where you can have a whole glance at the scene of this city. Meanwhile the manager is handsome and so helpful to give good advice on tourism! You won't regret to stay here.

A good option for a Mardin stay. It is clean, the staff is incredibly nice and always available to help (even though the english level of some staff members made the communication a bit difficult sometimes, but we always worked things out). Gym is good and the pool area is really nice. 10 minutes drive from the old city. Really recommend it 😃

I loved my stay with Sultan Konagi Hotel. Great location, most friendly and helpful host and excellent breakfast. I highly recommend this place with awesome rooftop view.

If we ask what is the biggest expectation from a hotel, we consider the day-long tiredness to be quiet and beautiful. We stayed on the 6th floor, as 6-7 starts at night 1-2 E. Afternoon, a sound starts at morning 5-6 comes to the afternoon. 8. I can't think of the remaining on the 7th floor in one of the restaurant department in the floor. The sound is also on the street because the corners continue to car sounds until morning. I never recommend to my small family and baby friends if we come to the rooms. No baby's room for bed, nor you have done a shower toilet, it's a shame. The parking is okay because it's okay. Unfortunately, we never regret this money. We recommend not the only positive direction is the good intention and the laughter of the workers. They also want 900 per person for breakfast, if not everything. 0 points.
