Yoga Tone seamlessly combines traditional yoga with bodyweight exercises and cardio, delivering a scientifically designed full-body workout. Designed to build lean muscle, boost metabolism, and improve balance, this class incorporates a harmonious blend of strength and toning exercises along with deep stretches. Even on cooler days, generate heat and stay comfortably warm as you flow through the movements.
Jessica Lee Reader, the experienced instructor, provides valuable instruction, modifications, and encouragement, ensuring an inclusive lakeside experience suitable for all levels. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this session invites you to discover a perfect balance of movement and mindfulness. Elevate your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being during this Lakeside Yoga Tone Class.
To participate, the cost is $15 per person, with 20% of the proceeds benefiting the Conestee Nature Preserve. Participants must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a guardian. The event will take place at Conestee Nature Preserve, located at 840 Mauldin Park Rd, Greenville, SC 29607.
Please arrive at the Lake Entrance B by 10:40 a.m. for a nature hike to the East Bay Observation Deck, followed by the yoga session at 11 a.m. Restrooms are available in the brick buildings within the county park. Remember to bring your yoga mat, water thermos, sunscreen, bug spray, and wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes. Be prepared for potentially cooler weather by bringing extra layers.
Cancellation policy allows for refunds if cancellations are made at least 2 days before the event. Weather-related event changes will be communicated via email the day before. Please note that a minimum of 5 students is required to proceed with the event.
