No swimming skills are required, making it accessible to everyone. The session aims to provide a positive start to the day by boosting energy levels and embracing outdoor activities. It is an ideal choice for beginners who want to take their first steps towards a more active lifestyle. As an added measure of safety and peace of mind, the session is supervised by a qualified lifeguard. Hosted at the National Surf & Lifeguard Training Centre in Tramore, this event is organized in partnership with WCCC and Water Safety Ireland.
