Join the intermediate to advanced level Acroyoga classes on Tuesdays in London. These classes are held at City and Islington College near Angel Station. The classes run from 7:30 pm to 9:20 pm. During these sessions, participants will be guided through our intermediate level Acroyoga syllabus, as well as introduced to more advanced progressions. The tuition includes a wide range of poses, entries, and transitions, as well as washing machines, sequences, whips, pops, standing acro, and spotting. No partners are required to attend these classes. To join, it is expected that participants can comfortably demonstrate basic skills such as the ninja star washing machine, 4-step washing machine, inside and outside sidestars, star jump-ins, reverse star, free shoulderstand, and baby whips. Individual classes can be registered for, or you can choose from our various bundle options at discounted rates. Additionally, there is an opportunity to extend your class by joining the level 2 performance technical classes from 6:30 pm to 7:25 pm. These classes focus on teaching washing machines, flows, and transitions that will be performed by our level 2 performance group in June/December.
