ICK Dans Amsterdam is pleased to announce a new training program in collaboration with Crazy Monkey Movement, designed specifically for professional movers. This exciting initiative will kick off with a warm-up and open class in January and February 2024. The open class will be held twice a month on Thursday mornings, specifically on January 18 and 25 and February 1 and 8, 2024. 
The training session, which will take place at the prestigious SPACE FOR DANCE ART in Amsterdam, is tailored to serve as a morning warm-up for ICK dancers. Participants can expect a dynamic parkour experience through the Westbeat building, incorporating various techniques such as floor work, inversions, strength & conditioning, and partner work. 
The registration fee for each class is €15, providing exceptional value for professional movers looking to enhance their skills and expand their repertoire. The class will run from 10:00h to 11:15h, allowing attendees to make the most of their morning and start their day with a burst of energy. 
Crazy Monkey Movement is recognized as Europe's first and Amsterdam's only dedicated movement school, and they are known for their commitment to promoting Movement Culture worldwide. Their comprehensive approach focuses on the importance of incorporating movement into everyday life to maintain mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
