In 2026, ARTIS Park will once again host its "Summer Nights" event. From July to the end of August, ARTIS Park will be open every Saturday until sunset. In the golden glow of the setting sun, amidst the vibrant flowerbeds of the edible garden, emerging musical talents will perform on the open-air stage. "Summer Nights" will offer a fresh perspective on the vibrant ARTIS Park, making each night unique! Whether you come to enjoy live music, participate in various activities, or simply admire the animals and greenery, ARTIS's Summer Nights will make your summer truly special. Stroll among the animals at dusk, listen to the birdsong, and feel the rustling of the leaves.

Rotterdam World Port Days is finally here again! The three-day festival kicks off for the 49th time on September 4th! During World Port Days, thousands of visitors will explore the Port of Rotterdam aboard special vessels, on exciting excursions, and to witness aquatic wonders! As in previous years, World Port Days (Wereldhavendagen) offers classic events such as the Match Career Event on Fridays (the perfect place for anyone dreaming of working in the port), a colorful collection of boats on the docks, and of course, a spectacular fireworks display on Saturday night. Naval enthusiasts can enjoy themselves at Amerikakade in the Netherlands, where, in addition to other exhibits, the 111-meter-long HEBO-CB1 working pontoon bridge is on display. Parkkade also features a range of special exhibits, including the Chemgas ocean-going vessel Sefarina and the Coast Guard's emergency tugboat Guardian.
