CrossFit WOD - Mission48 - Missouri is the 26th stop for Mission48, a women empowerment event that aims to inspire girls and women to step out of their comfort zone and build true self-confidence. This event, led by Kelsey Lensman, will take place at the 1st Phorm HQ in Fenton, Missouri, on September 26th, 2023. The CrossFit WOD, known as "The Seven," is the workout for the day. Participants will complete 7 rounds of 7 different exercises, including handstand push-ups, thrusters, toes to bar, deadlifts, burpees, KB swings, and pull-ups. In addition, there will be a 1-minute Echo Bike challenge for max calories. This event is open to individuals of all ages and fitness levels. It's a great opportunity to challenge yourself and be a part of the STL community. However, there is a maximum capacity, so it's important to register soon to secure your spot. The event will start at 3pm CST, with participants advised to arrive around 2:30pm for warm-ups and an explanation of the workout. Mission48 is a mission undertaken by Kelsey Lensman, who aims to complete 48 fitness competitions in 48 states in 48 days.
