Join us at the Disabled Writers Commissions event, featuring talented writers Yaz Nin, AMPLE Collective, and Jameisha Prescod. Hosted by Joe Rizzo-Naudi and Ayesha Chougley, this event showcases new original commissioned work from these brilliant artists. 

Yaz Nin, a Kibris born London writer, presents a short film exploring the theme of precarious housing and the invisible chain of community and connection. Jameisha Prescod, a South London artist-filmmaker and writer, offers an audio reading of a creative non-fiction piece delving into the significance of water in Black diasporic communities. 

AMPLE Collective, an intergenerational neurodivergent collective co-founded by Sofia Lyall and Jacqueline Ennis Cole, presents "mutterings" - micro poems and stories that portray the journey of Au, who navigates Lewisham, confronting futuristic technologies and encountering more-than-human beings residing in the area. 

The work of these talented writers will be available to read, watch, and listen to on the Festival website. Don't miss out on this opportunity to engage with their thought-provoking pieces.

On May 21, I took the elderly to visit the British Museum, and the tour guide service was warm and professional. If you visit the museum without a tour guide, it may be completed in half an hour. The main reason is that the historical geography has not been learned well. Under the tour guide&#39;s explanation, the three hours feel very fast. This is the second time I have decided to come to the British Museum for the tour guide service of Trip.com . I still feel that the meaning is still not enough. 🏰 Westminster Abbey, it&#39;s really shocking! 📍 It&#39;s located in central London, close to the Parliament Building and Big Ben. The church is a prominent representation of British Gothic architecture, towering spires, exquisite carvings and beautifully painted glass windows, each detail shows an unparalleled artistic charm. Walking into the church, as if through time and space, is the holy place of the crowning of the British royal family, witnessing countless important moments in history. It is also a resting place for many celebrities, and great figures such as Newton, Darwin, Dickens have slept here, making people respect their contributions. Walking around, you can feel the solemnity of religion and the deep historical and cultural heritage. The church&#39;s Henry VII chapel is exquisite, with a fan-shaped arched roof and densely carved decorations, like a fairy tale fairyland. Whether it is an architecture lover or a historical and cultural fan, Westminster Abbey is definitely worth a visit. I believe you will be deeply impressed by its charm like me. 💕 highly recommend it to everyone! 💕

The Queen&#39;s favorite palace is very luxurious, but it is not allowed to take pictures. It can only be taken outside. When entering, a photo was taken and was stopped by the staff. Knowing the life of the royal family, Windsor Castle is generally very quiet.
