Join the 2-day intermediate-level beadwork workshop, "Here There Be Dragons!" at Del Ray Artisans in Alexandria. This workshop is a fantastic opportunity to create your very own dragon's eye pendant or brooch. Led by instructor Amy Castine, you will learn a combination of bead embroidery and peyote stitch bead weaving techniques to bring your dragon to life. The workshop takes place on October 21 and October 28 from 9am-noon. By signing up early, you can personalize your supply kit with your favorite colors, ensuring that your dragon creation is unique and perfect for you. The supply fee covers all the materials needed to create a similar, though not identical, piece to the one shown in the photo. Each dragon will be one-of-a-kind. Space is limited, so be sure to register by midnight on October 15 to secure your spot. The class size is limited to 4-10 participants, allowing for a personalized and focused learning experience. Please note that face masks are recommended inside the gallery for everyone's safety. Take advantage of the refund policy, which allows for a full refund if the workshop is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment within 3 days of the workshop. If you need to withdraw from the workshop, a refund of the Workshop Fee and any Supply Fee, minus a 15% processing fee, will be provided if requested 72 hours or more before the day of the workshop.
