Join us as we acknowledge World Prematurity Day (17th November) and reflect on where Aotearoa sits in the world with regards to preterm birth and equity drivers of preterm birth outcomes. We will be celebrating the official launch of our much anticipated national best practice guide for preterm birth care, Taonga Tuku Iho, and the launch of the Carosika Collaborative website. Our website provides a home for whānau and healthcare professionals to learn about preterm birth, engage with whānau with lived experience of preterm birth, and access the latest in education and research, as well as Taonga Tuku Iho and all the resources available to support its use for all, whoever they are and wherever they live in Aotearoa. The Carosika Collaborative was established in 2020 following a national stakeholder hui and agreement to work together as a community with a shared purpose to co-ordinate initiatives and champion change that leads to a reduction in preterm birth, improved preparation for preterm birth and equitable outcomes for all pēpē that are born preterm in Aotearoa.

You won&#39;t find the entrance on the ground level, take an escalator inside the hotel and go down to the basement. Although i find the admission fee is a bit high but a tall sky tower overlooking the city of Auckland is a must see... don&#39;t miss it.

Yes, it&#39;s very family friendly and especially great on a wet or rainy day at Auckland. Plan for at least a 2 if not 3hr visit. But do take note that parking is quite limited but you could park further down the coastal road if you&#39;re prepared walk a little.

The whole experience was great, and it&#39;s a great place to learn about New Zealand&#39;s history and culture. The museum is quite large and worth a good half-day visit. There are many interactive exhibits, especially suitable for taking children out. There are also Chinese services, which is recommended.

Mount Eden

Although Mount Eden is not high, you can overlook the whole of Auckland from the top of the mountain, and the view is particularly wide. The remains of the crater are clearly visible, covered with green grass, a peaceful green. It is not difficult to walk all the way up. You can also see sheep grazing on the hillside. Their leisurely appearance makes people can&#39;t help but take a few more photos. The wind on the top of the mountain is very strong, but it is also very fresh, which makes people feel particularly bright. It is a good place that does not require tickets or planning, but can leave very deep memories.

Auckland Domain

Auckland Central Park is not like the common landscape parks in the city. It is more like a natural forest. The winding tree-lined paths and the tall trees on both sides make you feel like you are walking into the original green field, with thick fallen leaves and soft soil under your feet. The air is filled with the fragrance of plants, which is very suitable for jogging, walking the dog or just taking a quiet walk. There are also several sculptures and small bridges hidden along the way, which adds a little fun. Although it is not far from the city, you can completely escape the rhythm of the city once you enter the park.
