The Professional Talent I.D Assessment event is a football showcase that will take place in London at the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre on December 17, 2023. This event is the perfect opportunity for football players to showcase their skills and be seen by a wide range of scouts, managers, and agents from both English and overseas clubs. The event will be attended by scouts from various English Premier League clubs as well as English Non-League teams. Additionally, scouts from overseas countries such as America, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, India, Austria, Russia, Turkey, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia will be watching via livestream. Players participating in the event will have the chance to work with UEFA Pro/A licence coaches who will assess their abilities through assessment drills. The scouts will be looking at various aspects including technical ability, body language, communication, teamwork, and effectiveness on and off the ball. During the matches, players will have the opportunity to express themselves, with each player receiving a minimum of 30 minutes of game time. Within 12 hours after the assessment, all players will receive an email with a decision or invitation. This email will provide further information and opportunities for players who may not have been successful on the day.
