Experience the excitement of scuba diving with a Try Dive at SCUBA DIVING - TRY DIVES (Newport - Bettws Active Living Centre). This 45-minute session offers an introduction to breathing and swimming underwater in a controlled environment, such as a swimming pool. Participants will have the opportunity to try on scuba diving equipment and discover the sensation of breathing beneath the surface. Gain insight into underwater buoyancy and determine if scuba diving is a suitable sport for you. Note that the minimum age requirement is 8 years old.
