A Coastal Flood Advisory is in effect for Los Angeles County beaches until 2 PM PDT, alongside a Beach Hazards Statement until 5 PM PDT. Minor to moderate coastal flooding is likely in low-lying beach areas around high tide, peaking near 7.2 feet. Dangerous rip currents and elevated surf pose an increased drowning risk and beach erosion. Avoid hazardous surf and exercise caution along the shoreline.
