Very good hotel I really enjoyed it

The location is excellent, there is not much traffic jam in the city, and the breakfast is rich. The guests are quite satisfied with the accommodation this time. It would be even better if there is Chinese food. It is recommended to introduce a Chinese restaurant.

More staff for room services Suites

Overall acceptable but one of the frontdesk re eptionist is very agressive and not helpful .. the other receptionists were nice . The hotel doesn't have any amenities , gym is in bad condition , swimming pool is more of a fountain than it is a pool

The shuttle bus was very clean and had wifi. The hotel was also clean and tidy, with a restaurant on the first floor, a swimming pool and a bar.

I had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Kinshasa. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day. The first time I stayed, I felt awful. Booked the business room and suite online and paid for it. It was more than 3 o'clock in the afternoon, and even said that the room had not been vacated. Waiting for an hour and a half at the front desk, only a few rooms were vacated, and the room type was still inconsistent. In this case, the front desk also said that it would have to pay $75. The plane that drove late at night, we left at 21 o'clock.
