GGuest UserThe facilities are great, especially having a cafe. So, if it's late at night, you don't need to go out looking for food or a place to hang out elsewhere 🤗. The facilities are really pampering for kids too, especially since children under 12 get free breakfast. I was hoping for a welcome cake but didn't get one 😄, but it's okay.

First is the lift, it is annoying that we had to switch lift just to go to the lobby and concierge
Mall is not open yet so it is not quite like the advertising
Plus dialing the receptions could really took a long time to pick up.
Amenities are so basic.
Even the soap and shampoo smells like reguler brand. I dont know, but i can not recommend this hotel for future stay. 🙏

GGuest UserWe booked hotel room through application, was great price however when we arrived and saw the hotel room. We found out that the bed cover was dirty, has blood stain, pillow case seems like not change cz there was a lot of black dot, found lizard on the hanging paint.
We did complain to FO desk, they handled the complain very well. Gave us updated 2nd room which is larger unfortunately we found bed ticks. Lastly, they upgrade us at business room which is was clean and we request them to change everything on the bed since we bring our infant with us.
Great hospitality for the staff at lina restaurant which make our night better with the service and food.
Breakfast was great as well.

The superior room is spacious, there's a connecting door, and the breakfast is delicious. They just need to upgrade the bathroom because the water pressure from the tap is low.

GGuest UserI had a great stay at Emersia Hotel Lampung. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to an executive room, which made the experience even better. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The service throughout my stay was excellent—friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome. Overall, a great hotel with top-notch service. Highly recommended!
