An excellent choice if you’re planning a trip to Rome. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini and about 5 minutes from Repubblica metro station. Trams and several bus lines run nearby, making it easy to get around. Both the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum, as well as many of Rome’s other popular attractions, are about a 15-20 minute walk away. The hotel is quite large, and the room we chose was very spacious and spotless, with daily housekeeping. It included everything we needed: a hairdryer, shampoo, and various toiletries (such as a shower cap and slippers). The room also had a desk, a safe, a television, a comfortable armchair, and a fairly large wardrobe. There was also a minibar and a kettle, with complimentary coffee sachets provided daily. The staff were polite and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The hotel also offers free luggage storage, which is very convenient if you arrive before check-in time or if your flight departs late in the evening. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We appreciated the helpfulness of staff when we had booking issues. They worked hard to accommodate our family of 6 on a very difficult night (new years eve). They were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The hotel is also fairly close to the train station which worked well for our family for visiting Rome.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the airport shuttle, train station, subway, and bus terminal. The room exceeded our expectations with two separate bedrooms, comfortably fitting four people. In Rome, May evenings can be a bit chilly, and unfortunately, the air conditioning only provided cold air, not heat. There was also no sofa, which made relaxing a bit uncomfortable. On the plus side, the breakfast was quite good.

I stayed at this hotel for five nights, the property itself is new, modern, and in a fantastic location. On the third day, the tissue box in my room ran out, when I asked housekeeping to refill it, they simply said they had “run out” of tissues and made no effort to offer a solution. Thus it was never refilled for the remainder of my stay. This is the first time I have ever encountered a hotel being unable to provide such a basic amenity for its guests. The reception staff were generally unfriendly throughout my stay. It was only on my final night that a male receptionist greeted us with a smile.(Well maybe the hotel would argue that I have very high expectations :)) Overall, the service and maintenance standards leave much room for improvement.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise with excellent quality. It's an eight-story white European-style building with very new facilities. The hotel uses a modern central air conditioning system, so the rooms are very quiet. It's clean, tidy, elegant, and fresh, with an exceptionally good location – right outside the subway exit, no need to cross any roads, making travel incredibly convenient. We rarely saw Chinese guests, but the hotel was very friendly towards us; the front desk upgraded us to a family room for free. The room was spacious with two large beds and a small balcony. However, it's best not to open the balcony door, as the air conditioning will stop working due to the temperature difference. Breakfast was high quality, abundant, and delicious. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

Great location although not in the center of town. Ample private parking on site. Hotel restaurant was very good, and reasonably priced and service was excellent. The staff was helpful with directions and needs. The fitness center at the hotel was limited to 2 treadmills which did not work and a stationary bike. Also a multi- weight machine less than ideal. Great pool and Saturday night entertainment with dancing.

Me ha gustado bastante el hotel porque ha estado muy bien el servicio y las instalaciones aunque la ubicación es un poco mala porque tiene las paradas del transporte a más 15 min andando. Aun asi mi experiencia en el hotel la califico como buena.

Все понравилось. Все хорошо. Все работает . Нареканий нет. Особенно понравилась цена и расположение . Ватикан и замок святого Ангела - просто рядом. Если надо, до метро Лепанто и продуктового магазина 5 мин. Недалеко есть и серьезные магазины - Сефора, Стефанель, Кико, Geox, много магазинов оптики , аптеки и т. д. Рестораны , кафе, парикмахерские . Но можно везде и пешком дойти .В следующий раз опять остановлюсь в этом отеле.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean, the top staff, offers two piacines, restaurant, bar, nothing missing.

It was quite a challenging stay. The requests I made in the booking were completely ignored. Upon arrival, we had to change rooms, which seemed to upset the front desk staff quite a bit. A South Asian porter helped us with our luggage. I didn't have any small change, as I mostly pay with cards and rarely use cash, so I only gave him a 2 Euro coin as a tip. From that moment on, whenever he saw us, he showed absolutely no expression. I mean, it's not like I was going to give him a 200 or 500 Euro bill, right? Was it even worth that much? The hotel breakfast was excellent. The room, although not as good as the original one after the change, was still acceptable. The location is fantastic: just a few dozen meters from the train station, and there's an airport shuttle right outside. There are no issues with the location, and the area isn't as chaotic as some say. The only problem is that all the staff had rather cold and indifferent expressions, making you feel, for a moment, like you weren't even in Italy! I won't be staying here again, even with its many advantages. I just don't want to deal with their attitudes!
