Everything is good, the only problem is the blow dryer is broken, the food in the breakfast is the same everyday, they should change it every day, the location is weird because it is like in the middle of the residential area but the staffs are good and they are cleaning everyday. Please bring your own socket if you are from other countries hotel is not providing. All in all our stay is good. Train station 10mins walk and easy going to the center.
The hotel is very decent. Everything looks fresh and well-groomed. Nice interior and modern rooms. We liked everything.
The only thing is that the breakfast could be improved a little more, because... There were no vegetables or greens/salad at all.
I chose the wrong location and hotel for my stay at Milan, Lucky the hotel is preparing a bus shuttle for guests to and from hotel-airport. Overall the room of the hotel is big enough for couples who stayed with quite a lot of luggage. During my 7 nights I stayed at it happen one time they are not cleaning my room and I can only get new towels that deliver to my room with the reception directly. It seems they have less staff. Anyway with the good service of front office and transportation for transfer to Malpensa Airport all the unpleasant things can be covered. Thanks
it was to watch the milan olympics and thought it was a little far from the city it was still a straight train there and it couldnt have been more convinient. I would definietly recommend this hotel as compared to hotels in europe, old crusty musty dusty ditry. This was far from it. this was literal prefection. My room smelled like flowers and was just too clean. i loved the stay. deffo would stay again and deffo reccomend to anyone visitng milan. though i would not reccomend going to milan theres literally nothing to see there go to anywhere else literally.
The location is excellent, especially as it's very close to Chinatown. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The service is awesome, very neat and clean the staff is very helpful and the breakfast wow❤️.. but I am really upset because of location, it’s in remote area of Milan and not convenient to go to Milan Center, if you have your own transportation than the hotel is awesome!!! The wifi network was weak on third floor but it was ok on the ground floor

GGuest UserLocation is great, close to the Milano Central station. I tried a couple of restaurants around the hotel, it was very nice.
Hotel room is too warm for us, we cannot adjust the temperature in our room. The staff said the temperature is not adjustable as set by the government. Luckily, the window is openable, we got some cool air from outside.
GGuest UserAndrea, the PR manager, is definitely the best I met in Milan, Bologna and Parma. He is extremely helpful with excellent hospitality. Thanks to him for avoiding the traffic congestion due to a concert at Duomo and arrange for us a direct transportation to airport at a reasonable price. Andrea is definitely a good reason for us to come back to Milano more often and stay in this hotel.
GGuest UserHotel was really clean and nice. However, I got stuck a night at a tram/bus stop 15 minutes from the hotel on my way back from the city centre because the bus 99 was out of service. I was unfamiliar with the area and didn't speak italian. I called the hotel to ask if they could help call a taxi to pick me and bring me to the hotel. (I was going to pay the taxi obviously ) but they said they couldn't as they weren't allowed to do this. I ended up finally getting back to the hotel at almost 1am, after been assisted by some locals.
GGuest UserLocation is good! Able to walk or take the tram to the Duomo. Offered a room in the ground floor and surprisingly it’s very quiet! Bed is a bit hard but it’s acceptable. Breakfast choices are limited tho.
We drove there with rental car. There’s parking in the mall next to the hotel. Very convenient!
GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for one night as a stopover before an early morning flight, and overall it served its purpose quite well.
The Good: The location is brilliant if you need quick access to the airport – super convenient and saved us a lot of stress the next morning. Breakfast starts early, which was a lifesaver for our 6 AM departure. The selection was decent and everything was fresh. Special mention goes to the bathroom amenities – honestly some of the best I've encountered in this price range. The toiletries smelled absolutely amazing, and the quality was genuinely impressive. It's those little touches that can make a difference!
The Not-So-Good:Upon check-in, we were standing right next to a sign clearly stating that every guest receives a complimentary welcome drink. The reception staff didn't offer it or even acknowledge it, which felt a bit odd and disappointing. We didn't want to ask (perhaps we should have), but it would've been nice if they'd simply followed their own policy.
The Rest: Room was clean and comfortable enough – nothing fancy, but perfectly adequate for an airport hotel. No major complaints about cleanliness, noise levels, or facilities.
Bottom Line: Would I stay again? Yes, for the convenience and that lovely shower experience alone! Would I expect them to honor their welcome drink promise next time? Also yes. A solid choice for a practical overnight stay, just don't get your hopes up about the advertised perks.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean and close to the airport. However, I have to complain about the bathroom sink – it's too shallow and drains very slowly, making it impractical. The bed felt a bit too high, making it slightly inconvenient to get in and out. On the positive side, there are plenty of charging outlets in the room. It's a good choice for business travel.

GGuest UserI really liked the hotel. The breakfast was good. There were different types of croissants, bread, eggs, prosciutto, cheeses, and fruit. The bed and towels were good. Clean linens. Nice staff. The metro and train stations were nearby.
SStellaLouWe had an enjoyable 4-night stay here! Rooms were clean and the bed was soft and comfy, as expected of every Novotel hotels! Love the huge and spacious lobby and lounge area even though we did not use it but it looks so cosy and well furnished! Location wise is a little far from the city centre but there are trams outside the hotel that will take you there in 30mins. Do note that the air-cons do not work during cold season so everyone have to open their windows for natural air-con :)
