GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy. While not huge, there was enough space to open two medium-sized suitcases. The location is excellent, right across from the Central Station, which is super convenient if you're catching a train. It's also close to Metro Lines 2 and 3, making it easy to get to city attractions. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants nearby for dining options. Highly recommended!

AAlbert gThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. To the right, you have the Duomo di Milano, and to the left, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. The room facilities are excellent, the hotel feels very new, and the service is great. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Milan.

GGuest UserRoom larger than average (it was a superior) very comfortable bed with double pillow and large and bright bathroom. Excellent cleanliness of the room and common areas. A bit small and sacrificed the breakfast room in a 4 star and for the price paid the lack of a restaurant inside remains an unknown. Bad also the parking for guests it was clear that with a full hotel it could not contain all the cars in relation to the number of rooms. Very bad to discover only at check out that it was paid.

PpdmnnI had a fantastic stay at Palazzo Viridis. The rooms are modern, clean, and very comfortable – it’s easy to feel at home right away. The staff truly stands out: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
One of the highlights is the bar downstairs – stylish, with a great atmosphere and excellent drinks. It’s the perfect place to relax in the evening.
Overall, a wonderful hotel that I would highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel's outdoor pool 🏊 was fantastic, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything else was standard for a chain hotel, with no major issues. It's worth noting that the shuttle from Malpensa Airport to the hotel requires a phone call and operates during specific hours. They charged me 25 Euros for a solo trip, and it was billed by the rental car company they partnered with, not the hotel itself. For 25 Euros, I wouldn't have waited for the hotel shuttle; I could have just taken an Uber. Shuttles from other nearby hotels run on a continuous schedule and only cost 5 Euros.

TtonyAs many have said, don't expect to walk there. After being scammed by another guesthouse, I booked this hotel nearby. It was very clean and the room was spacious, though the surroundings were a bit desolate. The front desk attendant looked like Sylvester Stallone, even had a tattoo on his arm, but wasn't very enthusiastic. The food downstairs was good quality, but not cheap; it cost us 84 euros for three people. The server there was very friendly. We booked an early morning airport transfer, which was perfectly on time and cost 5 euros per person. Overall, aside from the price, everything else was pretty good.

Zzxq****I really didn't expect such quality for this price; I'm genuinely impressed! It's a very nice hotel, clean and tidy, with spacious rooms. The front desk staff are very welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Plus, there's a flea market right across the street, parking is free, and it's easy to get to the Old Town. Excellent!

LLittle Forest Studio ManagementI’m not sure if all hotels in Italy are like this, but this hotel genuinely left us with an amazing impression. The service was exceptional, and the breakfast selection was excellent.
We are two wedding photographers travelling to Italy for work. For the first two nights, we stayed at a hotel arranged by our clients outside of Milan, but once we returned to Milan, we specifically chose this hotel for our final night before flying back to the UK. Even though we only stayed for one night, the experience was fantastic.
First of all, the location was very convenient. It was easy to get here from the airport by metro, which was especially helpful after a busy wedding trip carrying a lot of equipment.
What impressed us the most was the service. We arrived quite early, before check-in time, so we left our luggage at reception and went out for the day. When we came back around 5pm, all of our luggage had already been delivered to our room. This is actually something we rarely experience in most hotels in the UK, so we really appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality. Btw, they even offer welcome drinks 🥰
The breakfast was also wonderful, with both hot food options and a great continental selection. Everything tasted lovely.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again next time we visit Milan.

GGuest UserExcellent facilities, everything was very clean, and they offer housekeeping almost every day. There's a restaurant within the hotel with good prices. They also have laundry service, which was excellent for us. We really liked it, the only downside is that it's a bit far from the station, about a 10-minute walk.
