GGuest UserI had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall it was a great experience. One of the best things about it was the location. It was very convenient and made it easy to get around, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or finding places to eat. Everything I needed was close by, and the area felt lively and accessible, which made the trip much more enjoyable.
Another thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was very clean when I arrived, and it was clear that the hotel takes good care of its facilities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the common areas were also well maintained. A clean and tidy environment always makes a big difference, and it definitely helped me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay.
The staff were also one of the highlights. Everyone I spoke to was polite, friendly, and very helpful. They were happy to answer questions, offer assistance, and make sure guests felt welcome. Their positive attitude created a warm atmosphere and added a personal touch to the whole experience. It is always nice to stay somewhere that values good service, and the staff here really helped make the visit smooth and enjoyable.
I also appreciated the local recommendations provided by the staff. They suggested nearby restaurants, cafés, and places to visit, which helped me experience more of the area beyond the usual tourist spots. Their advice was useful and showed that they genuinely wanted guests to have a good time, not just at the hotel but in the surrounding neighborhood as well.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. With its excellent location, high standards of cleanliness, and kind, helpful staff, it offers a very positive experience. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

MM21465****The hotel room can see the port and the scenery is good. From the hotel to the port, then walk all the way to the mountain to see the cathedral and sunset, it is perfect! You can park at the entrance of the hotel. Parking charges are 9 euros a day. You can give the car key to the front desk. If you block the road, there will be a special driver to help move the car, which is more convenient.

GGuest UserAlbergo ottimamente ubicato. Ottima colazione sia dolce che salata. Personale molto gentile e stanza grande e confortevole. Unico piccolo neo la doccia aveva solo il soffione e non il telefono, per mia moglie un po scomodo, per proteggere i capelli.

KKUOThe hotel is great! The location is excellent, the port is the seaside port, the back is the shopping pedestrian street, eat and drink! The interior of the hotel is decorated in a Mediterranean style, very beautiful and the rooms are very clean! The son was naughty and accidentally broke the flower pot at the front desk. Although the reception was speechless, it was still very friendly! Breakfast is relatively simple, but fruits, bread, cold cuts, coffee, etc. are enough for your belly! This hotel makes our impression of Ancona more beautiful and memorable!

FFrancescoFantastic and elegant place, my girl and I spent our anniversary here and we were very good between spa, pool, restaurant, breakfast and bar from 11 out of 10, very close to the main parking of Portonova and its beaches, From here you can really reach almost all the interest points on this side of the mountain.
Parking was also very comfortable.

CCaw_CawOut of vacation season this hotel is amazing, sea view, decent loxal restaurant nearby, good price/value. A bit outdated, but art is contemporary:).

GGuest UserLocation beau, normal room, a little small indeed . For time problems I couldn't enjoy the spa, because it closes at 20:00.
Deceptive breakfast especially on horrible drinks , another negative note the garage costs 10 euros extra .

GGuest UserHonestly, this hotel isn't a four-star hotel. The soundproofing is very poor. You can hear people talking in the next room and there's a lot of noise coming from the hallway. Also, the maids keep barging in, even though I put a sign on the door asking not to disturb.

GGuest Userstaff is helpful. the environment is good but quite a few mosquitoes in the dinning area and several little flies in the guest room. as a whole, good for short stay.
