Our stately and gated Villa San Lorenzo is fully furnished and sleeps 16 (18 with rollaway beds). It consists of a living and dining room, a commercial kitchen, 8 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and views of the large pool and surrounding acreage. The Villa is situated on approximately 10 acres of surrounding land enhancing the privacy and appeal, yet is also adjacent to close amenities like small towns, markets, and restaurants in a very desirable area of Italy, a short distance away from Lake Trasimeno. There is a Piccola Villa San Lorenzo Guest House available to rent as well (for an additional charge) which has a full kitchen, laundry, living room and dining room and private terrace, as well as 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fold out sofa for an additional 6 guests. The village has ancient Etruscan and Roman origins and a particular charm, thanks to the beauty of the old town center, which is still ringed within medieval walls. You can also find extremely efficient ferries to the Lake isles, a sailing club, and a nice cycle and hiking track.
