Very grand hotel, dated in the age of build. Very clean bathroom and beds. Amazing, grand entrance way. Very close to sightseeing areas and local sighseening bus stops. Excellent view of the city. Lots of personal amenity provided (toothbrush etc). Access to gym/fitness centre is additional (substantial) costs. Lovely staff with excellent English.

The location is incredibly convenient. The airport shuttle is right downstairs, and you can directly access the JR and Shinkansen stations from the second floor. Shopping and getting around are super easy. The hotel service is excellent. They have a happy hour every night from 5-7 PM with half-price drinks, and you can even order sushi and tempura at reasonable prices. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

our original hotel booking at mitsui garden got force cancelled due to maintenance so this hotel was our alternative & it did not disappoint! service : front desk & staff were very friendly & allowed to store our luggages till evening the next day! [10/10] room : size was alright for the price, very clean [10/10] location : amazing, located within walking distance of hiroshima station [10/10] cost : amazing, given that this was our alternative offered as compensation, its amazing [10/10] miku & I enjoyed our stay! ありがとうございます！

The hotel location is very convenient, 3 mins walk to Hiroshima train & tram station, include restaurant & shopping. The hotel staff is very friendly & the room is clean, I love their quality coffee, one of the best I had in Japanese hotels. Just for details, their towel fabric is high quality, soft & high absorbing in water. I stayed in Nagoya last year & this is my 2nd stay in Hiroshima Daiwa Roynet.

The number of guests on the app did not match the hotel plan. However, the plan was listed as an available slot, so I should have wondered about it, but I made the reservation without thinking about it. On the day, the number of guests did not match, so I was a little flustered, but the hotel accepted it and dealt with it, which was a relief. The kaiseki dinner at night was also delicious and looked great! The location was great and we traveled by car, but there were two parking lots, so it was convenient to go to Miyajima. At night, there is a dragon boat that allows you to see Itsukushima Shrine, and it is a service that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and genders. I didn't have time to ride it this time, but next time I would like to adjust my schedule to include a private bath and use it. The guests seemed to be couples of all ages, families with small children, and business entertaining!

Pros: 1. Excellent location. 2. Service was very good. 3. The hotel is quite new. 4. All basic facilities are well-equipped. 5. Breakfast was very rich and varied. 6. They were very accommodating to our two adults and two children. We booked the room for adults, and only had to pay a small difference and buy children's breakfast upon check-in, which was really great. Cons: 1. The hotel's parking lot is very small and often full. The other two parking lots are quite far, so we just found another parking spot nearby. 2. Dinner on December 30th (New Year's Eve price) for two adults and two children was 21,000 JPY, but the food was really mediocre. Compared to the excellent breakfast and lunch, it was a bit disappointing. Breakfast and lunch, however, were both very good and highly recommended. 3. I've stayed at three Hilton hotels in Japan (Tokyo Disney, Hiroshima, Nagasaki), and none of them have a consistent policy for children. It's always best to call or email ahead to confirm when staying with kids. However, this hotel's extra charge was minimal, which was very considerate.

This is the best hotel for relaxation. You are on an island, oyster farms and fishermen nearby, incredible view of the inland sea of ​​Japan) The hotel itself has many additional pleasant things - aromatic oils, mint tea from the garden, wine and sake, coffee, tea, sweets and a late snack of curry. Breakfast is great) The onsen is very nice and clean! I recommend this hotel for relaxation and a break from the hustle and bustle!

Hotel was clean and conveniently located near a family mart. Service was great! We managed to check in and send our luggages with the assistance of the staff smoothly. The hotel gym is 24hrs as well - it is an Anytime fitness gym - fully equipped gym. Very pleased with the equipment inside. You can gain access by going to the front desk for some key card, or you can just use your own AF keyfob. Room however, was very small for 2 packs even with small-mid sized luggages.

The room was clean and the surroundings were quiet. The facilities and services are very general, no one cares about the Japanese outside the commute time.
