Perfect location, just a few minutes from the train station and metro. The building is beautiful and inside the place is beautifully decorated, rooms too. The staff super personal, delightful and very helpful.Really recommend.

Siamo rimasti davvero molto contenti del soggiorno all'Affittacamere Il Veliero! La reception è stata eccezionale: ci hanno mostrato tutto nei dettagli e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli su dove andare e cosa visitare. La struttura è pulitissima, confortevole e dotata di aria condizionata. La posizione è fantastica: vicinissima alla spiaggia, a ristoranti e caffè. Anche la stazione dei treni è vicina, quindi non serve prendere l'auto. Consigliatissimo!

I would like to express my gratitude to Mariselle and Ilaria for the hospitality! We left Naples and our train was cancelled, we got very hard, and arrived very hard at midnight. Maristella was in touch all the time, wrote a very, very detailed instruction on how to enter the room, left the keys. When we settled at 2:00 a.m., we felt like we were back home. Grecale room was very comfortable, comfortable bed and snowy clothes. Cleaning was every day, hot water went well, air conditioner worked perfectly. The location of the hotel is very successful, from the main station of the minutes 15-20 on foot, we basically walked. The common area was a teapot with tea bags and capsule coffee. On the day of departure nearby no shop worked and we were unable to buy a bus ticket. Thanks to Ilaria, who kindly agreed to buy us an online ticket. Very cozy home hotel, we have a good rest. I would recommend it. Sound isolation is good.

We adored this apartment! It was perfect for our stay in La Spezia. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cleaning products, the beds were fabulously comfortable and the apartment was well decorated and clean. The housekeeper/manager was also extremely kind and made sure we were comfortable! Also, breakfast (coffee + pastry) was a nice touch at the cafe downstairs. 10/10!

The rooms are on the 0th floor by European standards, so the floor is very cold. The view from the window is onto the inner courtyard-well with a garbage dump - you can't even see what the weather is like outside. Due to the lack of sun and air, the room is very humid, things don't dry at all, due to the cold in the bathroom, moisture condenses right on the walls and there is a layer of water on the floor and walls all over the room. There is a window in the bathroom, but for several days it was never dry there. The heaters didn't work and in September at +22 outside it was cold. I chose it based on good reviews about the owners, but we didn't see them at all for 3 days. The location is good, 10 minutes to the train station, but next time I will definitely look for something else.

The room was clean and tidy, 2 minutes away from the train station, because it was a self-check-in, I needed to get the password in advance to get the key, and I didn't have a password when I arrived at the hotel. I called the boss over to help me through the Internet phone before I checked in smoothly. In short, everything went smoothly!

This is a service apartment occupied the whole 4th floor without any elevator. The location is great, just between Piazza Colombo and Piazza Siro Carli with a lot of restaurants.  It’s a little bit far away from the train station, about 15 minutes walking. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to visit Cinque Terre. The hygiene conditions are also good. The hotel's address on Trip.com isn't very clear; there are three locations. Two hotels are on either side of the train station hall (see picture below). The third is about 100 meters from the station, and this is the one listed on Trip.com. When checking in, I recommend exiting the station and checking in at one of the two hotels located right by the station exits – it'll save you from navigating around. This is a lovely apartment with all the modern facilities you would expect. It is in a great location for visiting either old town or the beach. The host is exceptionally welcoming and generous and went out of his way to explain everything and we were lucky to have private parking available at the time of our stay. I would also like to mention and strongly recommend the Rickarola restaurant. The Pizzas are amazing the staff are so generous providing lots of extras for no charge and it has a wonderful friendly atmosphere.
