Out of inertia, whenever I see the word ”youth hostel”, I just skip it: isn't it just a six- or eight-person room with bunk beds? This time I accidentally browsed the information of this store and found that there are standard rooms here and the user reviews are very good. Place the order decisively. After two days of experience, I had a very good experience: (1) It is no less than a budget hotel. The quality of hardware facilities and services is quite good. It is only one elevator away from being a express hotel. This hotel should change its name; (2) The rooms are large. When I placed the order, I knew the nominal area was 26 square meters, and when I saw it in person, it was indeed that big. The bathroom is spacious enough and has separate wet and dry areas; (3) There are many lamps and their configuration is reasonable. There are eight lights in six categories, including main lights, downlights, wall lights, spotlights, hall lights and bathroom lights. It is very convenient to use on demand; (4) Convenient transportation. Jixi North Station is right opposite. Diagonally across to the right is the ”Passenger Transport Hub Parking Lot”, where bus No. 6 to Longchuan Scenic Area (5A) departs.

I chose this place because I wanted to stay in a loft, but it was on the top floor and didn't actually have windows, so I ended up picking a bottom bunk. The loft felt cozy but lacked storage, which wasn't ideal as I had a lot of luggage, so I gave up on it. 1. **Hygiene**: Very clean. No trash, dust, or hair visible. It felt so clean, like no one had ever stayed there before. 2. **Bedding**: There are power outlets and clip-on night lights. The bed curtain consists of two half-panels. 3. **Rooms**: The top floor has lofts. The 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors have their own dedicated living rooms. 4. **Bathroom**: If the place is full, 8 people share two sinks and one shower room. The shower room is spacious and very clean. It includes a hairdryer, toilet, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, and a comb. 5. **Dining**: Meals are served on the first floor. I'm not sure if guests on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors can eat in their living rooms. 6. **Service**: The auntie (hostess) is very talkative and enthusiastic. The front desk sells items like chocolates, potato chips, and mineral water, as well as hiking poles and raincoats. 7. **Laundry**: Located on the first floor. There's a separate small room next door for hanging clothes, and there's a huge Golden Retriever there. 8. **Surroundings**: It takes a short walk to find places to eat, and food delivery is also available. You can order breakfast from the auntie; see Picture 1 – I thought it was quite tasty. If I hadn't been in a rush, I would've had it again today. 9. **Transportation**: It's a bit far from Huangshan North Station, but it's very convenient to arrange a car with the auntie! 10. **Going to Huangshan**: My route was to hike up the back mountain and take the cable car down from the front mountain (Yuping Cableway ¥90). The back mountain has fewer people and seems slightly gentler, but the path is quite boring. If you don't enjoy hiking, you might want to reconsider as it's physically demanding, and supplies along the way are scarce and expensive. The opposite direction would be Ziguang Pavilion → Yungou Cableway, which costs ¥80. Hiking poles are an option, but I didn't bring any. Check the weather beforehand; if it rains, there won't be much to see, so bringing a raincoat is a good idea. Definitely bring water, and bread depending on your needs. If you're hiking, it's best to bring both; I had about two bottles of water and one loaf of bread. The ticket includes the uphill bus, uphill cable car, entrance ticket, downhill cable car, and downhill bus. The closest stop to the hostel is Xiaoyaoxi Transfer Station, which is the first stop for the downhill scenic transport. If you miss it, you'll have to walk, as traffic jams (both public buses and ride-shares) can make it hard to catch a ride.

This hostel is conveniently located near Huangshan Station, and just a short distance from Tunxi Old Street and Liyang. The place has a great vibe, perfect for taking photos. You can also mix drinks, play pool, read books, play Werewolf, chess, or practice calligraphy here – there's a wide variety of activities! The owner is incredibly welcoming and cooks lunch and dinner daily, so you can join in for shared meals of authentic home-cooked dishes. It's delicious! The accommodation itself is very clean, with fresh linens and duvet covers changed daily by the auntie. There are many Huizhou-style buildings nearby, offering diverse scenic views. The windows in the rooms are fantastic for photos! You'll also meet many international travelers here. It's truly a must-stay hostel for anyone visiting Huangshan! They offer double rooms, suites, and triple rooms, all at excellent value for money.

The quaint building has largely retained its original appearance. The owner says it dates back to the Qing Dynasty and is so clean that children can walk barefoot on the grounds. Staying here brings a sense of peace and relaxation, a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, letting go of obsessions and truly embodying the value of travel. The owner is a man of few words, but concise and to the point. He recommends dinner with some excellent Anhui cuisine and recommends minimizing shopping; the purpose of a trip is to relax. The B&B is close to Yuezhao Lake, making it convenient to everything. It's a quiet retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, and I had a very comfortable night's sleep. There's a breakfast shop in the south building of the B&B called Taitai Hao Zhou (Tai Tai Hao Zhou), which is clean and hygienic.

I said that I had no hope of going on a trip. I drove all the way to my family. It was already more than 10 o'clock. The boss patiently pointed the way. Seeing that we brought the children and upgraded the big bed. I have to say that the hostel was cleaned up by the proprietress, not broken, not old, not dirty, really satisfied with the sanitary condition, the quilt cover is a bit old, but the washing is very clean. I don’t know how much better than this expensive hotel I set before. The proprietress is clean and responsive, really good, highly recommended! I will book it next time.

It's very close to Chizhou Station and easy to find. It was my first time staying in a youth hostel and I was really surprised. The room is very clean, there are books to read in the public area, and a pool table to play. There is a small light on the bed, and most importantly, it is very considerate to have two more USB ports on the socket, which is very convenient for people with two mobile phones. I found a treasure by opening the blind box, which is awesome! ! !

BBeijiteKKLocated a 12-minute walk from Xiaoyao Creek Transfer Station, or less than a five-minute drive. Breakfast and dinner options nearby are very convenient. The Anhui restaurant across the street, recommended by the owner, has great food and is affordable. The room is spacious with plenty of hot water, perfect for families, featuring one large bed and one 1.5-meter single bed. The decor has an industrial style. It's a very cost-effective option for a family of three. The owner's pick-up and drop-off service was also warm and punctual. 'Climb Huangshan and no other mountain is worth seeing' – what a perfect end to the trip!

GGuest UserThis is the best hotel stay experience, you must give the Yuanmeng Hotel a big praise 😘😘😘 First of all, the service is impeccable. The boss sister is kind and kind. She answered questions for us before check-in. She was very enthusiastic. She took the initiative to help us contact the high-speed rail station to the hotel's car and pick us up and down the mountain for free. After check-in, we are responsive and provide us with mountaineering necessities such as trekking poles. Then, in terms of the hotel environment, the room is not luxurious, but it is clean and tidy, the facilities are very new, and the night sleep is super fragrant! Near the hotel is an ancient village. You can also walk in the foothill field the day before climbing. It is recommended that families come to go! The hotel restaurant tastes very authentic. Especially the signature topping noodles, the bamboo shoots are salty and sweet, the shredded meat is not greasy, and the noodles are especially delicious. A bowl of noodles is so delicious that I don't let go of the slap! 😏 In summary, every moment here is very comfortable, highly recommended! Friends who need but have doubts can contact their sister!
