great location near the IFS and friendly staff! they do group dumpling nights and have alcohol/coffee for sale. the air conditioning worked great and they provide free water. the shower was not very clean though, the drain was almost entirely clogged and the foor was not slanted in a way that it would have drained well regardless. very moldy and stank up the room :(. we stayed at a private two bed room instead of shared accommodations so other showers may have been better.

The best stay experience ever! I was pleasantly surprised by the high-quality wood used throughout the room – both the walls and floors were wooden. The decor was simple, unique, and stylish. I also really loved the small courtyard; when the sun was out, I'd lie on the lounge chair outside my room, soaking up the sun and watching the light filter through the leaves. It was a small, enjoyable pastime. I absolutely adored the common areas. I initially chose this hostel primarily for its communal spaces. Since I didn't have many travel plans for this vacation, having such a spacious yet intimate common area was wonderful. I could flip through a book, study a bit, drink some tea, or chat with fellow travelers from all over. Even just watching people come and go felt warm and interesting. The atmosphere really captivated me. In just a few short days, it felt a little like home, like my own little base in this area. The vibe among everyone was great, and I think I'll remember it. It was beautiful and genuine, somewhat aligning with my vision of the world and human co-existence. The brothers and elementary school student I played ping-pong with, the friends from around the world who made dumplings and watched the Spring Festival Gala, the incredibly talented and beautiful young woman with pink bangs, the American guy who was fascinated by Chinese tech companies, my San Francisco friend learning Chinese, the young-at-heart gentleman who transitioned from finance to Traditional Chinese Medicine, the textile designer from around the world studying art… The encounters were brief and wonderful. It was a fleeting glimpse into a corner of the world, a peek into a brushstroke of your life's canvas. I feel happy and honored. I loved the space and the flow of the design. Hope to see you again!

Fabulous hostel, i loved it. All wood made, this place offers all a backpacker may need (various cleaning soaps, loudry, drinking hot water, board games ,etc.). Super clean, the dorm is large with window. Plagues and bed light. No heating but an electric planket keeps dreams warm and cozy. Running hot water. Amazing common spaces inside and outside with breathtaking view on the surrounding of Kangding. The host, very gentle and friendly, speaks good english and has two cute and fun cats. My staying there was too short but very pleasant.

An incredibly satisfying experience! **Amenities**: It's a shared bathroom, but it has individual stalls and comes with shower gel and shampoo. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and cup. **Cleanliness**: Very clean; it's tidied daily, and the common areas are also spotless with no cigarette smell. **Environment**: Men and women are housed on separate floors. It's located near Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road, making transportation convenient. There's also a Mixue Ice Cream & Tea flagship store nearby. **Service**: Attentive, and they even host activities on the rooftop.

The room is very spacious, and the location is excellent, right next to Lushan Mountain, perfect for a hike. There are plenty of food options nearby, and you can also order takeout. I heard the guesthouse offers shared meals, but I didn't participate. The atmosphere was quite nice, with lots of chatting and laughter. There's a pool table on the third floor, but no one to play with me! 😂 Downstairs, there's a very cute blue cat. When I came back from Silver Beach in the afternoon, it was all alone, so I petted it, and it immediately became very friendly. When I sat down, it came closer and rubbed against me. ☺️ It even jumped onto the table and nuzzled my shoulder! 😀

The facilities are quite comprehensive, and it offers great value for money. There's a common area on the second floor where you can meet other travelers, so overall, I was pretty satisfied with my stay. However, during my several-day stay, the staff didn't inform me that I could get a free bottle of water daily. When I asked about it later, after being there for three days, the staff member was reluctant to give me what was rightfully mine—just one bottle of water. That was completely unnecessary and quite a mood killer. Their service awareness definitely needs improvement.

This was my first time staying in a hostel. I searched for travel guides on Red Book (a Chinese social media platform) for a long time before deciding to give it a try. I was super lucky to arrive in Chengdu first – the Chengdu branch had just opened! The hostel was bright and the lighting was warm. I especially loved the little secret garden behind the quiet area, and oh yes, the huge floor-to-ceiling window – it felt so spacious!!! For my next stop, Chongqing, I didn't even need to look for guides; I just booked the second branch there. I'm so excited! I'll definitely be back in Chengdu too! Wait for me!

Very warmth hospitality, arrived early morning at TFU, and found this place to rest in early morning. The auntie super kind and nice. Such a lovely aunt. Thank you for accepting my early morning arrivals. And the place is so nice. Convenient, near subways, clean and quite. Very recommended ^^ They provide you a comfortable slipper to use at the place.

The staff who checked me in were friendly and polite (even a little enthusiastic!), and all the staff were great. The blue and white decor is fresh and appealing. The common areas include restrooms, shower rooms, a laundry room, and a vanity room (with hair dryers). I never had to wait for a shower during my stay; I think there were about 7 shower stalls, 3 washing machines, and 1 dryer. Both the restrooms and vanity rooms have faucets. There are also indoor and outdoor drying areas for clothes. The terrace is lovely, though there were quite a few mosquitoes at night. The bedding was attractive and clean, and there were plenty of charging ports. There's ample storage space in the luggage room and in-room lockers, plus a dedicated cabinet for outdoor shoes. The slippers came in sealed covers, and the woven bag had a reassuring, non-pungent disinfectant smell – I really, really loved that woven bag! Can't I please have one?! There were also some convenient daily necessities and snacks for purchase in the lobby, along with free drinking water. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay!

Arrived late at night by bus and found the hostel within a 15-minute walk from Chunxi Road. Really appreciated that they reserved a lower bunk for me. The place was clean and odor-free, and I loved the terrace area. The front desk was super helpful and answered all my questions. Highly recommend for a comfortable, hassle-free stay in central Chengdu!
