The bathroom window was broken and stuck open, making the room very cold. I wasn't allowed to check in early, even though I saw other white guests checking in before 3 PM. I won't be staying at this hostel chain again.

Clean and well organised hostel. Bunk beds with privacy curtain and lockers in the room to keep our stuffs. Walking distance to the nearest train station.

Nive tavern style room with tea and coffee making facilities, above a friendly bar, good access to digbeth businesses. Very nice and helpful staff.

Nice place, location quite good, just a little bit far but overall it’s very fine. A lots of restaurants available nearby.

Spent the night here because our bathroom was being refurbished. Lovely little hotel with friendly staff. It's quite a way from the road so very quiet.

Great staff really friendly, the rooms are a decent size too, comfy bed and great shower pressure

The room is clean, there is a parking space, it is convenient to eat and drink around, very good!
