Hostels in Uttarakhand, India

Perfect location if you are being picked up for the hike up in the Himalayas. I had booked a king room with air con. Turns out air con only blows cold air and not hot air. Was a bit disappointed. But, it wasn’t that cold for an early Jan winter.

This place is great. We had a very comfortable, spacious and clean room. Warm solar-heated shower. Choice of fan and airco. Fridge and some complimentary items like lots of water and crisps. Our balcony door didn't open (although we never asked for a key), and the balcony window didn't close, but besides that we had a perfect stay. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant was quite good. And FYI: alcohol and meat-products are not allowed in the room.

Its 800m uphill from library chowk, mussorie, so the climb can be exhausting as times especially if you’ve luggage, so take a cab instead. Overall stay is good, good music and good staff.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this accommodation during our trip! 😊 The rooms were clean and pleasant overall, allowing us to stay comfortably throughout our visit. Above all, the staff and everyone we met were so kind and welcoming, which made our time here even more delightful. I especially loved the restaurant on the 5th floor! The food was delicious, making every meal a treat, and the convenience of having great food right on-site was a huge plus. From the clean facilities and tasty food to the friendly people, everything about this place was satisfying. Thanks to all of this, our trip was even more enjoyable and left us with wonderful memories. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay. Thank you so much for helping us create such great memories! 🙏💕

Magnificent view of Ganga curve on the rooftop. A bit weak point are that wash room may be needed to improve and that room door can not close firmly, needed to fix.

The property is nice but the location isn’t that great. If location is important to you please choose gostops Tapovan. This one’s surroundings aren’t quite clean from outside nor is it v reachable. The staff is very nice and helpful though. I ended up forgetting some of my belongings at the room which they safely kept and handed over to the courier guy two days after my stay. The rooms and washrooms are clean with good space, spacious terrace and common rooms. They should start planning some group activities though which can help solo travellers connect with EO better may be like some musical experience or games.

We had an amazing stay as a group. The place was very comfortable, with clean rooms and a beautiful location. We enjoyed the games, and the food was good. Overall, a fantastic experience!

It seems to be the best hostel in Rishikeshi. This is a hostel that I remember sleeping in a long time after coming here. I was really satisfied with the accommodation and the internet wasn't that fast. Even the public space was really good, so it was very good~

Good price, location and clean room. Staff is kind and friendly.

Whenever i come to rishikesh i always & always pick my stay at joeys only, reason behind picking this property is not only it's excellent location at tapovan but super generous, helpful, sweet staff. Well equipped and well cleaned rooms. The rooftop cafe offers really good food and beverages and very nice rates. This feels like a second home to me now. Just love this place.
