Hostels in Svalbard, Norway

I got quite lucky because even though I booked a shared 4-person dorm for 2 nights, I ended up having the room to myself both nights. So, it's hard to give a completely honest review of the experience since I practically stayed in a single room with two bunk beds. 😅 But I liked this place regardless. I found the rooms and restrooms to be clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast really good. I also liked that the place was a bit secluded and in an even quieter spot. The walk to the city center took about 20 minutes, which was a very pleasant and scenic route! I'd say the value for money is spot on! P.S. I've included a picture I took from an upstairs window of the accommodation, looking towards the city center.

Our room was quite spacious. Although it featured shared bathrooms, our floor conveniently had four, and they were all impeccably maintained by guests. A laundry room and a kitchen are also available on-site. The property itself is spread across multiple buildings. Breakfast was excellent! While it's a bit of a distance from the city center, the journey there offers some lovely scenic views.
