The Western-style buffet dinner here really exceeded expectations! In the seafood section, the thick-cut salmon was incredibly fresh and melted in your mouth, and the oysters and scallops were plump and fresh. The freshly grilled steak and lamb chops were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, bursting with juice. The pizza and pasta had authentic flavors, and the desserts were exquisite and not overly sweet. The environment was elegant and stylish, with perfect mood lighting. The staff were prompt in clearing plates and very enthusiastic, and the dishes were refilled quickly. The entire dining experience was excellent, and it offered great value for money!

Had an amazing stay with my family! The kid-friendly facilities were a thoughtful touch, and the surrounding environment was superb. We were right by the beach, enjoying the comfortable sea breeze – perfect for walks and beachcombing. The room was clean and tidy with complete amenities, and the sea view was expansive. The service was warm, attentive, and prompt. Staying here with kids was so easy and enjoyable. It's an excellent choice for a family vacation, and we'll definitely be back!

Pure hot spring experience for 2 adults and 1 child: The hot springs are clean, and the service is very attentive, with ginger tea available and clean towels. The staff are friendly, and you can even rent bicycles to explore the surroundings – very comfortable. PLAY Kids' Fun Zone experience: A wide range of indoor and outdoor activities. The place is clean, and you can relax while the kids play. Limited 30-minute ball sports: Archery and golf are fun and a great experience.

The room reservation clearly stated that there was a hot spring, and we were informed upon check-in that the hot spring water supply was limited. However, when we returned to the hotel to shower that evening, we found that not only was there no hot spring water, but there was also no hot water. After calling to inquire, they said they would send someone to check, but no one responded, provided feedback, or came (we were unable to shower). After complaining on-site, someone came to check and handle the situation, but there was still no hot spring water and no hot water… Later, they came again and arranged for us to go to another bathroom on the first floor in the storage room where we finally had hot water to shower… The National Day holiday being crowded is no excuse; the service response and attitude, as well as the overall experience of both the facilities and the service, were very poor…

We got a free room upgrade with a great view, and the room layout was very comfortable. Even though it was the tail end of the May Day holiday, the housekeeping service was very responsive. Our room attendant, Jiaxia, was incredibly attentive, answering all our questions promptly. This was a refreshing change from some high-end hotels where the 'butler service' is just a name, with responses taking half a day and effectively being useless. The hotel is quite new, so all the facilities and equipment are sparkling clean. The restaurant food was also delicious. The hotel was very thoughtful, providing a wide range of baby essentials and tableware, as well as plenty of in-room amenities. Please keep up the excellent work! Our whole family was very satisfied with both the hotel and the park services, and we'll definitely be back. PS: I suggest the Sacred Tree Park offers more discounts; it's quite expensive to enter every time...

Came with a friend and we were so happy with the twin room we booked! The two beds were spaced perfectly, making it easy to chat without disturbing each other. The room was bigger than we expected; we could open both our suitcases with plenty of space left over, which saved us so much time. The location is right in the heart of the commercial district – downstairs there are bubble tea shops and trendy restaurants, so we weren't worried about coming back late even after shopping until 11 PM. The front desk staff even recommended a night market frequented by locals, and we had an amazing time eating there. We had such a comfortable stay and a great time playing around. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip!

It's a rich and diverse offering, providing entertainment just steps away – you'll never be bored. **Room Interior:** Equipped with a Laifen hairdryer, disposable bathtub liners, mountain spring water for tea ceremonies, both disposable and reusable towels, comfortable bedding, and a separate wet and dry area. **Dining:** Breakfast was very rich and varied (I forgot to take a picture!), served in a nine-compartment style, with fruit and soft drinks in the fridge. For lunch and dinner, they can help you order from a local farmhouse to eat at the guesthouse, or you can barbecue directly at the guesthouse. There's also afternoon tea, which is exquisite and delicious, and the freshness of the fruit really shows their dedication. **Service:** The service was very thoughtful. It was cold, so they brought breakfast directly to our room. I'll definitely come again!

The environment is beautiful, the room is clean and tidy, the wet and dry separation, and the toiletries are high-quality. The housekeeper responded promptly, free parking, rich surroundings, hot springs to see the mountain view, high cost performance!

This guesthouse deserves a perfect score! The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was struck by the breathtaking landscape that felt like a traditional Chinese painting. The architectural design is incredibly clever, blending seamlessly with the surrounding farmland and mountain scenery. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a bathtub large enough to fully stretch out in. Before my arrival, the dehumidifier and air conditioning were already running. The service details were truly impressive – the staff even wore shoe covers when showing me to my room to avoid tracking dirt. There are many local farm-to-table restaurants nearby, and the hotel also offers a great selection of meals. The infinity pool on the fourth floor reflects the mountains beautifully, especially stunning in the early morning and evening. Highly recommended!

A great stay at the Zhongshan Hot Springs Resort. The breakfast was excellent and even included western food like bacon and eggs and French toast. Coffee machine made perfect espresso every time. The business rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot springs were easily accessible and not too crowded during the weekday we stayed. The gym had free weights, but was hard to find and most of the machines were broken or couldn’t power up (no elliptical or bikes, but the treadmill worked). Staff was very polite and responsive. Some were able to communicate clearly in English, although Chinese is clearly the preferred language.
