I chose this hotel specifically to visit the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City. The hotel's location is excellent, just two blocks away from the scenic area. They even proactively contacted us when we were delayed by a few hours on our way to Xi'an. Upon check-in, they upgraded us to a family room, which was a huge bonus đŻđŻđŻ. On the way to the Terracotta Army, you can make a stop at the Sixteen Blocks Morning Market. After enjoying the musical fountain show at the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda in the evening, we headed straight to Everbright City for more sightseeing. When we were tired from exploring, it was wonderful to just head back to the hotel for a good night's sleep.
This stay was absolutely fantastic! The front desk lady was incredibly gentle and efficient during check-in, and her attitude was warm and patient. From guiding us in, helping with luggage, and getting us settled in the room, the whole process was so thoughtful. Knowing we were planning to hike Mount Hua, she even meticulously explained the best routes and precautions. The housekeeping auntie kept our room spotless and was quick to respond to our requests. Overall, the service was excellent, making our stay incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose this place again when we come back to Mount Hua! â¨
Given Xi'an's already reasonable prices, this B&B right across from Huaqing Pool offers incredible value for money!
The location is absolutely amazing. It's a 5-minute walk to the Huaqing Palace scenic area, and you're right there as soon as you exit A at Huaqingchi Metro Station. In the evenings, it's just an 8-minute walk to Xidajie (West Street) to explore the night market, which is packed with super lively food stalls. The room's mattress is a King Koil, and the pillows are the same memory foam ones used at Atour Hotels â once you lie down, you won't want to get up. The rooftop skylight design adds a fantastic ambiance.
The biggest surprise was the terrace. It faces directly onto the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance venue, so you don't need to buy tickets or brave the crowds; you can enjoy the entire show right from the terrace. The view is superb, though the sound is a little distant. The stay also includes afternoon tea and a ceremonial breakfast. The breakfast features local specialties, with a wide variety, and is served until 12 PM â perfect for late risers! Enjoying tea by the fire pit on the terrace is incredibly relaxing, and the snacks are delicious too.
The owner has three cats, making it pet-friendly. The location, service, and attention to detail are all impeccable. If you want to explore Huaqing Palace and see the show without dealing with crowds, this is the perfect choice!
I stayed for two days, and here are my thoughts:
Pros: The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Huaqing Palace. During my stay, I could access the scenic area directly from an inner door, which was very convenient. The hotel provides electric shuttle buggies, and the staff were responsive and readily transported us between the lobby, restaurant, and our room. The fruit and beverages provided in the room were plentiful, as was the drinking water. We could enjoy a private hot spring bath without leaving the room, and the water temperature was perfect.
Suggestions: The butler service was virtually nonexistent. I asked them to help cancel a photography session, but there has been no reply or response in the group chat. When dining at the restaurant during heavy rain, I asked for an umbrella, but was told to get a raincoat from inside the restaurant, which resulted in my shoes getting soaked. There was a leak in the bathroom and shower room. The butler said they would block it with a cloth the next day, but when we returned to the room the next day, we found they had applied a ring of sealant to the glass, which had a very strong and unpleasant odor. Housekeeping needs improvement: On the first night, when we filled the hot spring, the windows by the bar and the hot spring bath were left open. Because of the curtains, we didn't notice, and the loud sounds from the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance seriously disturbed our sleep. On the second day, after room cleaning, no new small towels were placed by the sink. I suggest improving service procedures and standards.

I booked this hotel because it had a stellar 5.0-star rating, and my stay was absolutely fantastic! The experience was top-notch! The location is super convenient, just a few hundred meters from Wuyue Plaza, making it an easy walk. Exploring Yan'an was a breeze. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, and the attention to detail made the stay so comfortable. The value for money is outstanding, and the breakfast was especially rich and varied. I highly recommend trying the 'hollow noodles' that were featured in 'A Bite of China' â many other hotels nearby don't offer this for breakfast, only this one does! Staying at Zhiping Hotel (Qingshui Tianhe Branch) is definitely the way to go.
This stay was absolutely wonderful, very comfortable and relaxing. I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel's hot spring is a real highlight; the water temperature in the pools was perfect, leaving me feeling completely refreshed and stress-free. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always enthusiastic and attentive, no matter where you were in the hotel. There were also some simple leisure activities that were just right for a bit of daily relaxation. On Saturday, they had a parade float and a small train, plus a kids' camp, which was really fun. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, making for an excellent stay. With the comfortable hot springs, great service, and high value for money, I highly recommend this place to everyone.

This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The decor was simple yet elegant, with a wonderful atmosphere. The bed was just the right firmness, and the amenities were new and complete, with smooth internet access. From check-in to check-out, the service was professional, the staff were friendly, the surrounding area was well-equipped, quiet and comfortable, the room was spacious and bright, the staff responded promptly, the soundproofing was good, the room facilities were excellent, and it was very clean. Highly recommended.
The hotel is directly opposite the Huaqing Palace, and they can help you book tickets, making it super convenient to walk over. It would be especially handy if you're planning to see a show in the evening! Plus, there's a subway station nearby, so transportation is a breeze. The hotel service was excellent; they even helped us with a late check-out. Breakfast was quite good too, and the kids really enjoyed it. A unique feature is the hot spring, which they say is fed by water from Huaqing Palace â it's really relaxing to soak in.

I stayed in a great hotel in Yuanjia Village. The location is amazing, right in the center of Yuanjia Village. There is a snack street right outside the door, so you can have fun shopping and eating along the way. The backyard of the hotel is an antique courtyard garden and century-old buildings, full of historical charm. I was able to experience Hanfu when I checked in, which fulfilled my dream of wearing ancient costumes. They also thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits. The staff are friendly and polite, and the room is clean and tidy. It must be recommended with five stars. I will stay here again next time I come to Yuanjia Village!
Kirin hot spring hotel is a new hotel located quite close to the entrance to Taibaishan visitor center. We told a didi there in the morning costing about RMB15 and walked back for 30 minutes. The room are big and clean. The staff were very helpful and cheerful too. The most amazing discovery for me is that the restaurant served delicious, fresh and healthy dishes. We ate there every night and it was really enjoyable. The steamed fish was fresh and the size suitable for the two of us. Amazing chef.đ There were many different types of spa pools out in the open including a heated swimming pool. There were also private spa with heated floor. After the spa, we have some free fruits and drinks inside the spa area. The whole spa were very well staff and clean. The only setback is that the water doesnât have any smell so I donât know if it is real hot springs underground water so it could just heated piped water. There were also some ongoing construction activities in this development area. The rooms however were well insulated so little noise if we closed our windows and doors. But overall, we have a really enjoyable 2 nights stay in this new hotel. We would come back next time to this hotel if we visit Taibaishan again which closed the top two stations during our stay due to weather conditions.

MM641655****An excellent private hot spring experience! It's very convenient to get here from Xi'an, whether you drive or not. It's just a few hundred meters walk from the subway exit. The courtyard is decorated with great taste, and the whole environment is very quiet.
Before they filled the hot spring, two staff members came to disinfect and clean it. I was initially worried the pool wouldn't be big enough, but it was perfectly spacious for two people. They filled it around 5 PM, and we could soak until bedtime. You can heat it yourself or ask a staff member to do it; the water felt incredibly comfortable.
The room was spacious, and the heating was excellent. Plus, it's a dream for those who don't like to eat out! I feel like I had three meals in one day. There was afternoon tea upon check-in, and dinner, late-night snacks, and lunch could all be delivered to the room. Both the taste and portion sizes were excellent. Finally, the staff truly deserve praise; everyone was very professional and had a wonderful attitude. I plan to bring my family here again next time I'm on vacation.
TTianxingzhelukeI drove from Xi'an for the weekend. I lived in the Guanzhong Style Garden next to me last year. This time I wanted to change a hotel and experience Radisson. The parent-child room here is a duplex. The first floor is tatami with two single beds. The second floor is a 1.5 rice bed. There are bathroom showers upstairs and downstairs. very convenient. The basement is large and parking is convenient. The hot springs are all outdoor pools, with more than a dozen sizes. The largest pool is in the shape of a Chinese layout, which is a bit interesting from the upstairs. Breakfast and dinner are in the cafeteria on the second floor. Breakfast has local flavors such as Fufeng dumpling noodles and Douhua bubble dumplings. What needs to be proposed is that the mattress in the room is hard and a bit uncomfortable. In addition, I lived in the 8708 duplex parent-child suite. The next morning, I opened the second-floor curtains. There was a black plastic cover under the eaves outside the window. I don't know what it was, but it was a bit scary. I hope the hotel can deal with it as soon as possible.
GGuest UserAt check-in, they were welcoming & found an English speaking staff member who escorted us to our room, which was super spacious & clean. The hot springs are across the driveway, but there was a shuttle car available if necessary. The breakfast had tons of options & they even indulged my requests (delivered via a translation app) for âa knife to spread butterâ & âeggs with soft yolksâ.
We arrived there via subway & walking. From the subway, with our luggage in tow, was 15 minutes or less. Right around the subway station are other food & store options. Without bags & at a leisurely walk, it was about 15 minutes to Huaqing palace.
GGuest UserThe Yujingtai Hot Spring Hotel is amazing, right within the Shijingli Scenic Area. The room was clean and comfortable. After soaking in the hot springs at night, you can step out and enjoy the night view, light show, and performances â the atmosphere is incredible! The service is attentive, and the environment is elegant. It's a one-stop shop for a relaxing getaway, and the experience was fantastic!
