The room is relatively large, the facilities are a bit old, the air conditioner cannot adjust the wind speed, and it is a bit noisy. The hotel has a good environment, the garden is large, and the swimming pool is quite satisfactory. Located in a hot spring town, it produces many brands of mineral water. The most famous is that the Vichy Catalony, Hotel belongs to the Water Factory Group.
The hotel has its own chapel and can organize activities.
Breakfast is not very good, there are few choices.
The hotel is beautifully designed, with a swimming pool, blue sky and sea as standard. Many locals come here for vacation! The breakfast is rich in variety, the service staff is also very enthusiastic, the room is spacious and comfortable, I will come here a few more times next time to enjoy a few more days!
Hotel muy señorial, bonito, habitaciones y baño amplias. Piscina y Spa.
Probably one of the best hotels in the middle of those on the 2nd line in Santa Susanna. Cosy, beautiful rooms with balcony, modern decoration and good view of the inner area with a swimming pool. Access to spa and gym in the hotel is a big plus. A spacious and comfortable hall with a bar. It seems all about the same as in neighboring hotels, but somehow more cozy ...
With rooms available, we were given a room with a view of a wall and service staircase. This spoiled the impression of the hotel. The reception staff refused to change the room and were not friendly. The breakfast was good.
Sin palabras ,se puede mejorar pero estoy muy contento con todo!

The room was very large, the breakfast was too rich, and the mushrooms were made. The wife was delicious. There were too many varieties. The room had a large balcony. On the mountain, the opposite view was so beautiful.
Overall it was a good stay. Good location of the hotel, the beach and the city center are not far away, you can do almost everything on foot for the more sporty like me. Food not bad but not much choice. The services offered such as the spa and swimming pool are great for taking a break from a day full of sightseeing. Room very good except small downside the very dusty floor I could not be comfortable and barefoot in my room. Otherwise thank you for the welcome of the hostesses, very kind cleaning lady!

Super top hotel. Ontbijt en diner fantastisch. Bamboo roof top bar also very good. Faciliteiten are 5*****
First time in this part of Spain. Found this hotel by chance on trip.com and everything turned out well. Little known to Asian tourist since we were the only ones there but encourage Asians to visit. Discovered this very family friendly resort in a great location with nice beaches and nature in the surrounding nature reserve. For kids, no need to leave the resort, fun just staying there. For more adventures discover the many beaches lining the coast and the wetlands further beyond.
Very good hotel. They just completed a full refurb. The zone of the entrance looks very modern. Breakfast is excellent just I think they should offer more variety to stand out. For me was a really nice stay and we would come back.
A very stately, beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and bathrooms. It boasts a pool and spa. A very complete and delicious buffet breakfast. The restaurant offers a set menu. You can book a treatment or a restaurant meal on your departure day, and your room will be available until 6:00 p.m. A wonderful way to make the most of the day.
The location was excellent, with views of snow-capped mountains outside the window in April and easy access to nearby trekking courses. It was also nice to take a break with the outside view at the freely accessible underground cafe.

We spent two days in August at this classic old spa in the area, which became part of a chain about three years ago. Some rooms have been renovated, but not ours. The double bed was comfortable but small, not a standard size. The air conditioning in the room worked, although it was rather noisy. You could hear the plumbing in the bathrooms, especially. The common areas don't have air conditioning and are empty, which is a shame. The establishment allows dogs and cats, but we barely heard any barking. What we did hear was a little girl screaming and throwing a tantrum in and around the pool. Unfortunately, thermal tourism isn't compatible with a children's play area, and some rude and inconsiderate parents take advantage of the poor decisions of managers lacking judgment. The outdoor pool is well-maintained, and, as with the previous management, they continue to admit people from outside the hotel who come for lunch. Lunch is inexpensive but not worth it, just like breakfast, which costs €12. Rosa's fantastic attitude, clearly appreciated by the guests, is what saves it. Check-in was late, but the two ladies at reception handled it wonderfully. The heart of this hotel is clearly its staff. Most guests were locals, but there were a few foreigners. We didn't use the spa this time, but it still retains its old-fashioned charm. There are places to eat and shop nearby, but since it was August, some were closed, except for the construction work that the Town Hall decided to postpone until August, without considering that many people come to Caldes precisely to spend their money and get a well-deserved rest. Let's hope there's no construction next time, but that the friendly and efficient staff remains.
