order in family room application, when I got to the receptionist said there were no rooms, only deluxe, told me to choose cancel refund, or just accept deluxe room. no way to choose cancel after 3 hours of travel. no refund compensation for the difference in room, even though I have paid in full. report in the application room number is different from the real one. please hotel management fix it.

We had a wonderful stay at FM7 Resort Hotel Bandara Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is excellent, especially for travelers who need quick access to the airport. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Service are great, when I was concern about the noise, the hotel staff suggest to move my room higher, but the market noise went away after certain hour. Toilet maintenance can be better. The grouting in the toilet floor is mouldy. The room are clean and spacious. Breakfast exceed my expectations! Lots of selections and it was so good!!

Besides the capsule hotel, there are also these small cabins that can accommodate two people. There's an extra charge of 250,000 IDR, which is about 100 RMB. It's located in Terminal 2, but international flights arrive at Terminal 3, so the walk is quite far and a bit out of the way. I walked there in the middle of the night, and I think it would be better during the day. Terminal 2 mainly handles non-Indonesian domestic flights.
