Misan and Stella at the front desk were exceptional in ensuring we were ok at check in and the food was great. All the servers like Favour, Mahmoud, Victor were super friendly. I highly recommend this hotel because of its superior customer service, amenities, clean rooms and the view from 5th floor is exceptional and the ambience is priceless. Location is perfect also, less than 30 minutes to the airport and 3 minutes walking distance to a grocery store.

It was my first time booking a Chinese hotel, and I was really impressed. The hotel provides airport transfers, car rentals, visa services, and delicious Chinese food. You can also order your own meals, which tasted very good. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The waiter was enthusiastic about helping with the luggage. Thank you very much, I will book here again next time I come.
