This is a typical budget hotel in Jordan's capital. While it provides all the basic amenities, everything felt rather unpolished, haphazard, and somewhat rough around the edges.
The hotel offers its own parking.
Stepping out of the hotel, turn left and cross the street; within 100 meters, you'll find a large commercial complex. There, you can find a McDonald's, various other restaurants, and a decent-sized supermarket where we bought some water and snacks.
As for the hotel itself, it's very basic and suitable purely for an overnight stay. In the morning, you can simply drop your room key into a designated box at the front desk for express check-out and be on your way.FromJPY 5,037

I chose Four Seasons among St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons. One of the reasons was the convenient parking and swimming pool. The service at the front desk was good. I don't know if it was because his English was not standard or because our English was too poor. Anyway, I didn't understand much, but it didn't affect my stay.
Facilities: Ctrip standard. The only platinum hotel in Amman, the facilities are definitely good and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, albeit soft, but refreshing. The feeling of quilt and pillow touching the skin is also very comfortable. But there are holes in the sheets, why don’t you change them? ! The pajamas are made of poor material and feel too stiff.
Hygiene: The surface is good, but the details are not. The stains on the bottom of the toothbrush cup are quite obvious. Didn’t you see it? This is not the level of Four Seasons.
Environment: Opposite is the Ritz-Carlton, and the main road downstairs is a bit noisy.
Service: If the service at this price is not good, it would be a shame for the Four Seasons. There are not many types of breakfast, but the ingredients and products are still of high quality. The welcome dessert is a highlight, a local specialty.FromJPY 58,305

From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The reception team were efficient at both check-in and check-out, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free.
The room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable, offering a great blend of modern amenities and a relaxing ambience. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bedding, which ensured a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job of maintaining the room throughout my stay.

The hotel was basically good, relatively clean, lots of tv channels but very few English. The breakfast was good and the attendant was always helpful. The bar downstairs was good too.
Less good--really seemed to depend who you got, many really couldn't be bothered, especially the overnight manager. The location is next to a big shopping mall. It is very convenient for shopping, cutting hair and going out to eat. There is also a bus station! The disadvantage is that it is very far from the airport
