Really nice, quiet hotel. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. The design, layout, fixtures and furnishings are exquisite and professionally installed , a rarity for the culture. The building's center atrium with a fish pond at the bottom is a fantastic concept, but poorly ventilated making the 4 floors of viewing windows dirty and disappointing. As an architect, my advice is to remove the fishpond, substitute white rocks for easy viewing and keep it dry. It would be an ideal place for all those birds so beautifully portrayed throughout the hotel. We loved the breakfast!

We stayed here for just one night, and honestly, it felt way too short. The staff were so kind and welcoming, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and their food was great. I really wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel and its amenities because it definitely left a great impression. I’ll be looking forward to coming back for a longer stay next time!

I'm very satisfied, Seda is very nice place and the people there are really accommodating well. Well trained and not good but great service. My room is so nice and I have a great window view. I would recommend it and I will surely book and stay there again. Best place for staycation in city and travelers. I also love the food. 9/10 You well appreciate the rooms cleanliness of the space bed and other stuffs. For me it's an overall 10/10 experience.

Staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations. Room was tiny but as a solo traveler, I made it work. Location was good, just a short walk to a major street with lots of transport options to the airport or downtown. Best of all, I was allowed to check in early.

The hotel room itself isn't bad, but the one thing is they rarely clean it unless you specifically ask. We were on the second floor – I walked the whole floor and only 3 rooms were occupied, the rest had open doors. It's unclear why they can't clean rooms on time. There's a decent restaurant on the 1st floor with tasty food. Nearby, there's a swimming pool... with waves. I asked at reception about the laundry price – it's paid, and they charge per item, not by weight. The laundry prices are so high, it's easier to find a laundromat in the city. SM Mall is located close to the hotel, about a 10-minute walk. You can get cheap and delicious food there. I also recommend ordering food via Grab; it's cheaper than eating at the hotel restaurant.

What an amazing stay it was! Imagine sinking into a luxurious bed at the end of a thrilling day, followed by the mouthwatering delights of a delectable buffet to kickstart another unforgettable morning. Plus, with neighboring hotspots like Starbucks, Calea, and Bongbong’s just a stone's throw away, the excitement never ends!

Great rooms with plenty of space. Very clean and a comfortable bed. Walking distance to the mall and restaurants. Very friendly staff. This is our second stay and we will stay there again.

It was our first time staying. The bar and the breakfast was nice. There is a swimming pool and gym room. It is very nice. The only thing is our room is next to the main street. It is very noisy. Otherwise, all is well.

The hotel is clean and smells good. But one thing i had noticed that they dont provide disposable toothbrush.but over all everything was nice.

Friendly staff, accessible to 7/11 , capitol lagoon and ayala mall. Its convenient to us. Parking space is not a problem 😊
