I was in a room that was not renovated. And it was very bad. I payed extra to move to a renovated.Room, it was very nice. But need some work.It was a lot nicer than the old rooms, They hotel needs a little bit more work to be up to Standards of a 4 stars. The only main problem that really bothered me that there is no hot water What so ever only warm water/cold the stuff was very friendly and helpful The location is amazing I do recommend this hotel if you're only going to use it for sleeping

This hotel is an anime cartoon theme, and the elevators and corridors are all anime-themed characters from the Avengers. There is a western restaurant outside on the first floor. The outside environment is average. It is full of all kinds of cars, so it is not easy to find. Breakfast is on the top floor with a view across Lebanon. There is a swimming pool, gym, but no hot springs.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and the location is very central. However the indoor pool in the spa was being emptied in the middle of the day when we tried to use it. Service around the outdoor pool was bit slack for the prices you are paying. However the biggest problem was parking. Felt like we were being taken on a ride, we were told that a full day parking was $25 which we paid, despite the fact that is a really extortinate price for the area, however at the end of our stay we were told that the $25 covers 8 hours only so we were charged twice and extra $9 for an additional three hours stay. So in total we paid $59 for around 20hours of parking which sounds extreme, not to mention the rude way we’re asked to pay. It was the experience I was hoping for, I am unlikely to go back, which is a shame because it is such a historical and beautiful hotel.

Basic facilities. Room is deluxe but old and needs to reflect more brightness and cleanliness. Compared to the international level, the hotel needs to step up on the cleanliness and quality control. The support was good and the efforts were appreciated but the hotel management needs to invest more to meet up with the international equivalent rate per night. Noting that the conditions of the country are currently defying and keeping up with the basic services is nearly impossible, and the hotel managed to provide the basics from water/hot water, electricity and A/C almost 24/7. Can order outside delivery to the room. Suitable for competitive rates, and customers intending to spend time outdoors as for travelers, young tourists, and regional customers.

Excellent service. The internet didn't work at all on the first day, so we were moved to a room with a better connection (from the 7th to the 2nd floor). The staff is very responsive and always ready to help. Breakfast is a buffet: boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausages, beans, bread, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, salami, two types of cereal, two juices, tea, and coffee. They also make flatbreads with cheese and herbs. The first couple of days are great, but then you get tired of it because the main dishes don't change at all, it's always the same. I think some variety would be nice. The cleaning service is simply excellent! We fly often, usually staying in five-star hotels, and frankly, the cleaning here was truly amazing, a level above many other places. They clean every day. The rooms are a little dated, but everything you need is there, and, as I mentioned above, they're really clean. The only thing is, you can't walk barefoot on the floor, but otherwise, everything is great.

Benefits: The hotel room is large with a small balcony, the sea view is great, and the breakfast can be seen on the top floor. Disadvantages: 1. Book one month in advance and write an email to the hotel to book the airport pick-up service. After the arrival, I can't find the car. After I went to the hotel, I asked if I didn't even apologize. I said, ”Oh, the colleague who may have promised you forgot. ”. 2. The hotel is not allowed to bring water and food, and no kettle is provided. You can only drink mineral water from the small bar in the room. The cheapest one is a 2000LL bottle. 3. The hotel buffet breakfast is from 6 am to 11 am, but it is basically cold cuts, there is almost no hot food, and there are not many styles. 4. There is a seafood restaurant opposite the hotel, which will be open to the public. At 8/9 in the evening, the music was loud and loud until the early hours of the morning. The music and the crowd cheered only louder and louder, and could not sleep at all. 5. At 9 o'clock in the morning, I heard that the upstairs began to knock and beat the drill wall and was woken up in the repair. Summary: The biggest advantage of the hotel is that the room is large, the location is very good, there is a small balcony with sea view, but the price is that the toilet is small and pitiful... smaller than the hotels in Japan. The hotel's overall facilities are very old, the staff service attitude is not hot or cold, the room WIFI slow WeChat video can not be opened, there are restaurants nearby can not sleep.

I had a business in Beirut and he gave me all the necessary information about SIM cards, the Internet, how to use Google maps offline, where to buy the chocolate I needed, and even offered me a guide around Beirut. Moreover, Ahmad personally arranged with the chocolate shops, and I just had to come and buy what I needed. I am very grateful to him!!!

The hotel is only three minutes away from the beach. Before the day, I was worried that the conditions would be poor for the price of 400 yuan. As a result, the cleanliness was unexpectedly good. Each room has a balcony and double glass doors. Even if it faces the road, the sound insulation is very good. I gave it five stars, not because it is a five-star hotel, but because its location, room conditions, and service attitude are all great, so I recommend it to my friends in China.

Waited about 30 minutes to check in. After checking in, I found there was no water in the bathroom, so I called maintenance. The tap water had a strange salty taste, and my facial cleanser wouldn't lather. The safe broke twice and wasn't fixed properly either time. The room's soundproofing is terrible; one night, young people in the next room were making noise until 2 AM. I had to call the front desk for help, but then they started up again at 5 AM. The location is in an older central area of Beirut, but now there are many Syrian refugees living there, making it feel a bit dirty and chaotic.

Adding a few more points to my previous review. On the morning of my departure, after breakfast, a lady from the restaurant asked me to fill out a survey. I rated the food variety a 7, indicating I wasn't fully satisfied. She then prompted me to specify what I'd like to eat, so I wrote down fried rice and fried noodles. She mentioned that they could actually inform the kitchen to prepare it fresh for me. This genuinely impressed me; the service here is truly exceptional. What a shame it would have to be for a future visit! One more tip: In Lebanon, there's generally no need to exchange for Lebanese Pounds. Almost all establishments accept US dollars, and often at a more favorable exchange rate than dedicated currency exchange booths. One peculiar observation: when using Uber in Lebanon, drivers frequently demand an additional fee on top of the app's quoted price. I've sometimes refused and opted to re-book or find another ride, but there are instances when finding a taxi is difficult, and I've had to reluctantly agree to the surcharge.
