Every time I stay at a hotel I check pillows, towels and beds. In all cases good although I would like a firmer pillow. Above that the kitchen was well equipped. To start we were greeted by well informed and friendly staff. They told us that the room was ready early and the spare bed already organized. The room was excellent and all in all we will definitely be back.

The family room, but the hotel room is still small, the bathroom is also small, and the facilities are average. You can park temporarily at the hotel entrance, and then you have to go around to the back of the hotel to enter the underground parking lot. It should be possible to enter with a credit card. I used the hotel room key card to open the parking lot door. Later, when I went out, I was worried about not being able to get out. I asked people that I didn't need to swipe my card when I went out. Standard Western breakfast. The hotel is quaint. It seems that there are many tourists who travel with families outside Sweden to stay with children.

We rented November 29 to December 4, 2018, a very clean and comfortable room with a king size bed with perfect mattress covering the whole bed. There was also a very good working place. The kitchen equipment was of very high quality, as were the soundshielding doors and walls and the.large flat TV-screen. Very nice service with a good breakfast that you often lack in hotels in the same price class. The staff was professional and friendly. We are imposed, and we recommend this place for short and longer living, located exact in the centre of the city, close to bus traffic in all directions and supermarkets..

Still good, the buffet is also great. The only drawback is that it is on the other side of the river, which is considered a suburb, but the city is very small, and it only takes three to five minutes to walk.

PROS The city-centre location opposite the railway station is excellent and the hotel itself is nice in a quirky way; after all it is called Fawlty Towers :-). The room was small but fresh and clean with a newly renovated bathroom and had everything required. Comfy bed and pillows. A nice touch was fans placed in the corridor that you could bring with you into the room as Sweden had a record breaking heat wave. CONS Booking.com and the hotel had widely diverging information on reception opening hours so I had to wait a while before being let into the hotel. The room I was first checked into had not been cleaned, but that was just an honest mistake. No elevator. The breakfast could have offered a bit more choice and it would have been good to be able to get some food and drinks upon arrival. The MyCloud WiFi service was very unreliable and kept switching on and off and was also blocked on some sites so ended up mostly using 4G.

We stayed at the Clarion Hotel at Ostersund last year and so decided to stay here for six nights, from 3/10 to 9/10, to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The hotel is nicely situated for the local attractions - just over the road from the Castle and Cathedral museum, the Cathedral, St Lars Church and a short ride on the number 13 bus to Gamla Linkoping and the aircraft museum. (The latter two we would advise to visit on separate days as there is a lot to see and do). Evening meals are included and we ate there on four of our six nights. (We ate out to celebrate our wedding anniversary and at relations on another evening). The chef deserves a special mention as he was so helpful, friendly and polite when one meal had contents we are allergic to. We discussed options with him and he, very happily, adapted the contents to make a suitable meal. Not only that, he brought the meals to our table personally and returned later to ask if everything was alright, which it was, excellent, and then he took our plates away. Can't get any better than that ! Couldn't see Gordon Ramsay doing that :) The meals and breakfasts were very good and there was plenty of choice for the latter. We had a room on the first floor (117) which was very spacious and clean but let down by the ridiculously small wardrobe. We had to remove the ironing board to get all our clothes in but only a minor inconvenience. There was some noise from traffic and inconsiderate guests along the corridor. I would have like to have given a full five stars but due to some unfortunate, and unnecessary , incidents I regret I cannot. When we were entering our room one evening a guest from the room opposite opened her door (dangerously outward opening) and it slammed straight into my lower back, causing bruising. During breakfast, tea/coffee had been spilled onto the tiled floor beneath the tea/coffee machines, rendering the floor extremely slippery. Unfortunately the staff hadn't wiped it up and I didn't notice it and slipped, banging my right forearm on the hard worktop. The staff quickly brought me some ice, wrapped in a cloth, which I placed on my arm and it reduced the bruising and swelling. Unfortunately, after this my arm was trapped in the lift door, which closed prematurely as I was getting in. These incidents, compounded, made for several very painful days of holiday ! Had it not been for this I would happily have given five stars and we would still recommend staying here.

We stayed there for a couple of days. The room was highly equipped. Full kitchen, WiFi, coffee set, iron equipment and everything. It was easy to check in and out as well. The hotel is located close to the high way and not far from everything. Our only concern was about the cleanliness. Bed and bed sheets were clean. The floor and bathroom were not clean. The shower wall was the worst.Another thing regarding the bathroom, it will not cost so much to add a bottle of shampoo and better gel or soap. Still we may stay there in our next visit :)

Convenient stay with the building and its surroundings dominated by its past military history. The hotel is housed in what used to be the central building of an army regiment (Livgrenadjärregementet, literally "the Life Grenadier Regiment") with solid and quite beautiful architecture from around 1910-1920. The hotel does all it can to expose and exploit the history of the building, with colonel portraits and soldier cottage signs decorating the walls and regimental histories (in Swedish) in the bookshelfs. I arrived late and left early, not meeting anybody from the staff, but they called twice before my arrival to make me feel welcome and and to tailor the breakfast to my wishes (no buffet, you have to decide the night before) which worked excellently (I recommend the granola). My room, with at least 3 meters to the ceiling and windows in two directions, was very spacious, and the wifi worked without any problems. The surroundings well conserve the old regimental buildings and layout. Some of the neighbouring buildings house the police department and the county court, so the area is quiet at night.

It was wonderful that my dog got a goodies bag. The staff was friendly and when we asked, we received tips on activities close by. The pool, however, was way too deep and that made us not be able to swim with our baby, since we as parents couldn't even reach the bottom. The pool was also very small, but the same as other Scandic hotels. The chairs and tables and the area beside the pool, with big windows were wonderful. The changing rooms were way too small since there was no room to get changed, making it hard to socially distance. Our room was trendy, clean and comfortable, but it was never cleaned in the 3 days we were there. Not even the trash cans were emptied, so we did that ourselves. Shampoo and bodywash were provided in large refillable containers. There is no water cooker in the rooms, but it's possible to borrow one, which we did. The Covid19 measures were good! They included booking a time to go to breakfast, antibacterial gel and gloves provided on a table in the entrance to the restaurant. Another measure was to sign-up for using the pool, as to limit the amount of people at once. The breakfast was great and offered lots of options for us who need dairy-free products! It's the first establishment I've been to in Sweden which in addition to normal coffee, had coffein-free coffee! Delicious meatballs, oatmeal and turkey ham! We got the ideal room placement for having a baby, 2 older kids and a dog with us, first floor, at the beginning of the hall.

Stayed in Anna room. Very quaint and dainty room. Heated toilet is perfect for the cold night. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet environment in the evening after musuem is closed at 5pm. Check in was easy and done at the cafe itself so don't walk to the B&B straight away as there's no one there but a locked door. A distance to walk from carpark to cafe, which was chargeable at 40kr for 24hrs. Breakfast was sufficient - fruits, cold cuts, cheese, pastries, cereals, yoghurt, milk, coffee and many types of tea!

I stayed for 18 nights at Sky hotel during my business visit at Linköping. It was a very pleasant stay. # Staff was very helpful and speak fluent English # Apartment has all modern equipment to cook/prepare almost anything you want including microwave, cooker, dishwasher, Exhaust fan hood over cooker and lot of other kitchen related tools. # Room and bathroom were very clean and neat. # Automatic check-in if you arrive late in the evening or on weekends. # Rooms are spacious # Located about 1km far from city center. So It's just 10 min walk to Central train station and bus station. The only improvement that I would like to suggest is that they can add little bit variety to breakfast menu without having the same menu on each day.

The first hotel is a chain, the first hotel to live in Bergen, I think it is very good, the key hotel has a sauna and gym, my husband likes it, breakfast is very good, European style breakfast , everything is there. The location is excellent, just above the train station, the train tracks can be seen directly from the hotel window, and the train timetable is directly visible from the hotel restaurant. The room is also quite spacious, the bathroom has a bathtub, there is also a kettle, shampoo, and the front desk service is also warm. Cost-effective, in short, stay here again next time you come.

The hotel feels good overall, about fifteen minutes walk from the gallery. There are underground and above-ground parking lots. If you arrive at the hotel late, you can only stop underground. There are more than twenty parking spaces on it but they will also be full. Hotel breakfast is good, standard Western breakfast. The taste of the dinner was quite satisfactory, and I decided to go outside once after having eaten it.
