The service was super good and there was no other. The warm-hearted service made us feel The comfort of a holiday. We were given welcome wine and snacks after checking in for about an hour. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt like I had walked into a fairy tale. In the evening, I enjoyed the beautiful scenery in the hotel. , the overall experience is satisfying! My stay was enjoyable but could improve. Staff were not as friendly or helpful and barely made any effort to help or give advice on sights or things to do in town. Breakfast was more basic than expected from a hotel of this caliber and could've had more variety. The pools were clean and had a miraculous view although the pool was closed for a public event on my first night which was really frustrating. The hotel is on a hill and is quite the walk back from the night life in town. Taxi services are available but overcharge. Rooms were basic, complete and tidy, bathrooms were small and had a very un-ergonomic layout. House keeping was good and kept rooms clean and tidy. I would not stay again due to location and staff. I spended 3 night inside of the Laden Hotel Bodrum, I can't say any problems with the service. Everyone was really helpfully and kind. The rooms showing the life reality like in the pictures on the websites. The rooms (standard and deluxe) was really really really so much of clean and comfortable. The air conditioner moved very well, the landscape was incredible! The location so much of closer to everything, even the bus station maximum 5 minute with walk, with that you can travel an other citys or you can achieve the airport, even the biggest shop (Migroş) maximum 5 minute with walk, everything so closer and you can travel easier the famous places, or restaurant, coffee places, you can rent moped or as you just wishing. WE WENT RIGHT BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF JUNE SO THERE WASN’T ALOT OF PEOPLE
Good stuff: the place has amazing views, the sea the nature the beach the white and blue themed buildings, beautiful trees and flowers, the interior design is nice as well, staff are super nice and welcoming
Beach and pool were so clean and constantly maintained throughout the day.
Everything you’d need for the beach will ne provided (towels, long chairs, umbrellas …etc)
They also have some nice free activities during the day.
Breakfast was nice, wide variety of foods and drinks, we unfortunately didn’t get the all inclusive option which would’ve been better.
The lobby area is so clean and there is a beautiful terrace that you can use to chill.
They allowed us to keep our pet in the room, which is nice, but they mentioned that it’s usually not allowed even tho i have called before going and the told me that’s pets are welcomed. (Also they asked us to be in the room when the room cleaning is being done)
Bad Stuff:
The location isn’t very accessible by feet you’d have to walk a bit before reaching the point where u’d be able to take transportation to the city or just request a taxi from the hotel ( 250 TL TO CITY CENTER)
The food in the hotel is expensive (Airport Prices) we ended up ordering from outside using delivery apps, they deliver to the entrance of the hotel so you’d have to go all the way there to pick it up.
A lot of stairs but it didn’t bother us much because we didn’t have any old people or kids with us.
THE ROOM CLEANING SERVICE WAS SO BAD COMPARED TO EVERYTHING ELSE They always forget to change a few things or put extra stuff in the room( towels, bathroom stuff, sheets, iron…) the floor in the room isn’t cleaned well, basically they do below the minimum when it comes to house keeping, although you can request anything that’s missing and they’ll get it sorted.
They leave the cleaning stuff and the room essentials outside on the floor, you’d find some trash as well which is bad to see.
When you call to make a request expect a delay in response or they may even forget to fulfill it, so you’d have to go to the reception to sort it out.SOLD OUT

The best place for the hotel is the location. The price is not expensive. Although on the outskirts of the commercial street. But good parking. You can walk slowly to the beach. Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant.
They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us.
The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests!

The hotel is not big, almost all facilities are concentrated by the swimming pool, the Aegean Sea is beautiful and the sunset is beautiful. The service in the restaurant and the front desk is good. The front desk guest relations staff is always lazy and slacking off. Every time I go out to take a taxi, I have to ask the guest relations staff to help me call a taxi. I am writing to formally express my appreciation for the exceptional experience I recently enjoyed at Rixos Premium Bodrum in Turkey. My stay was marked by several noteworthy aspects:
1) The culinary offerings were truly exceptional, boasting a diverse array of delectable options available throughout the day.
2) I had the privilege of staying in one of the newly renovated rooms, which featured modern decor and offered breathtaking panoramic views of the surroundings.
3) The private beach, a veritable gem, left a lasting impression with its stunning beauty and the added convenience of bar service facilitated through QR codes.
4) The attentive and proficient staff, proficient in English, contributed significantly to the overall enjoyment of my stay.
5) While my experience was overwhelmingly positive, it is worth noting that the entertainment options, particularly the availability of live music, could benefit from improvement, as the only available entertainment occurred at 9:30 PM.

This hotel is absolutely great. It is located in a fairly large area, but you can walk to Marina Bodrum in 10-15 minutes. I want to express my gratitude to everything, the people working there are very friendly and professional, they are always ready to help you or chat with you. Сам номер для непритязательных туристов: сильно уставшая сантехника, которая нуждается в замене, довольно темное освещение, из вентиляции иногда тянуло сигаретами, хотя в самом номере изначально не воняло. При всем этом в отеле есть все необходимое: гигиенические принадлежности, горячая вода, удобный матрас и подушки (для меня это было важно), чай/кофе и чайник, водичка в холодильнике, кондиционер. Территория отеля - это отдельный разговор, глаза и душа счастливы были находиться в подобном месте. Обширная зеленая территория, много растений, большой чистый бассейн. We chose this hotel for our 3 nights and 4 days holiday. I decided based entirely on the score, but after reading the comments, you should decide carefully what you want to give and what you want to get. I think the price/performance/quality balance is good. The swimming pool is sufficient, there are 2 slides for children. The beach is beautiful, mixed sand/stone (we entered comfortably with sea shoes). And the food, day 1 ”asia night”, the food was generally very good. Day 2 was ”fish night”, day 3 was ”international night”, but we didn't see anything international at all. But I would like to thank Mr. Şener, who makes delicious pitas every evening. The ”Paris Brest” we ate after our first dinner was wonderful, it was freshly made and served. The breakfast is varied and sufficient. Thanks also to the master who made delicious pastries every morning (they were finished the moment they came out of the oven). We chose a standard bunk bed room with our 2 children, the room was small, there was only the bed and the bunk bed next to it, we could not open our suitcase easily. I read about flies and insects and yes there are, the kids were a little scared when they encountered 3 spiders and 2-3 mosquitoes, but we managed. We did not find the dessert buffet in the patisserie section and lunch/dinner section sufficient and diverse. It's always the same desserts and unfortunately there is no dessert that can be eaten properly (if Paris was Brest, of course). There was live music on Wednesday and Friday and it was fun. The hotel staff consists of young people, they are generally caring and friendly. Ms. Helin, who came to us at the beach and asked if we needed anything, accompanied us to the pool, thank you (a bit confusing on the first day). So overall we were satisfied.SOLD OUT

This is probably the best EDITION hotel I have ever stayed in. The front desk upgraded me to a room with a super sea view. The bellman helped me put my luggage on the luggage rack and kept asking me if the direction was convenient. Especially I was touched, after all, the big box was too heavy, and the breakfast and dinner services in the restaurant were particularly great. The a la carte breakfast was very rich, and it ended at 12 o'clock. It was no problem to eat until 1 o'clock. The beef and sea bass for dinner were so good that I moved them later. A very nice play to stay in for a vacation/staycation. Comfortable to have a day-in at or to be a transactional place in between activities. Nice view of the sun movements and I’m in love with the builds of the hotel; unconventionally structured and very interesting. Lots of place to explore in the hotel alone and amenities are accessible and good. We stayed in during low-season and it was very peaceful. Breakfasts were not buffets because of that but they served us anything we could ask for generously and attentively.
